I was a bit worried since I never used East Coast and our pickup was 3:30am to Philadelphia airport..well our driver Linda showed up just after 3:00am for our 8 passenger pickup with a great smile and positive attitude! I would definitely recommend Ken and his staff!! And will be using them in the future.

We hired East Coast Trans for our wedding. Unfortunately, the driver, Ken, missed the designated pickup location, leaving several of our guests without transportation and scrambling to find alternative arrangements. Initially, communication with Ken was inconsistent, creating some confusion about his whereabouts.

After further discussions with East Coast Trans, we were able to reach an agreeable resolution. While the day got off to a rocky start, the remainder of the service was excellent, and all of our guests were well cared for. Although the experience wasn’t seamless and caused some initial frustration, we appreciate the company’s effort to address the issue respectfully and ensure a positive outcome.

I am giving 5 Stars but they deserve 10
Super happy with their service. They checked in with me the day before my trip, were punctual picking me up, the cars were comfortable & very clean and friendly drivers both taking me to the airport (Ken) and picking me up for the ride home (Linda). I felt comfortable, safe with their driving and at ease
Their rates are very fair too.
I highly recommend their services.

Great experience. Professional and friendly. Driver was early for pickup at my home and was in the cell phone waiting area at the airport when I came out of baggage claim on the return. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived late at PHL airport and had no way to get home-the shuttle service I had registered with was "unavailable",(phone was off the hook despite them being open 24 hours a day! Fortunately I found East Coast Trans online and the gentleman was very pleasant and took my info. He did ask about my wearing apparel for identification and dispatched a driver to me. Less than a few minutes the driver showed up at Terminal B in an unmarked car. He blew at me informing me that he was from East Coast Trans and took me home. He was professional, courteous, friendly and pleasant! Will definitely use them again whenever I travel! Highly recommend!
