The woman (travel agent) who works here doesn't tell you the truth about the place that she's sending you and sells you the all inclusive hotel without giving you the hotel reservation timings etc details. My family (with 2 kids) came to the Dominican hotel entrance - Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort around 11am and waited till 4pm in the 90F very hot temperature with no AC at the entrance of the hotel as rooms weren't ready for us yet. When you call her she doesn't answer in most of times after you already paid her. Also, she did a mistake on booking check in baggages and blamed us saying that we did a mistake. After spending hours on the call with Airline carrier I was told that the travel agent did a mistake by adding 3 extra unnecessary baggages for us. When you ask her a simple question about the hotel she is giving you, she gets nervous and negatively responses even this is part of her job. I will never go again to this office.
