My husband and I were looking for transpiration from the Tijuana border and my friend recommended Wine, Eat, Travel. I sent an inquiry about 2 weeks before we planned on going to Valle de Guadalupe and Karina got back to me quickly. I let her know that we needed transportation to our hotel then back to the border the next day but then wanted to hire services for the whole day the first day and she was able to accommodate us. We had never been to the area so she took us around some of her favorite wineries and even took us to a local taco stop. She was so hospitable and so friendly. I truly cannot begin to explain how much I LOVED EVERYTHING about this service. Karina and her team are the literal definition of going above and beyond. This is the second time we have booked our trip to VDG using Wine Eat and Travel and honestly I wouldn’t do it any other way. The first time, Karina organized the most romantic and lovely wedding anniversary trip for husband and I. We saw SO much in 2 days and were obsessed with every winery, experience and recommendation she gave us. The transportation service was perfect, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and Kari was in constant communication with us throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. The second time Karina helped me organize my friend’s bachelorette party and it was A BLAST, all the girls were like KARINA KILLED IT. It was a perfect itinerary, perfectly curated for a perfect weekend. When I tell you that I wouldn’t do VDG any other way I mean it, they have the best contacts, the best suggestions, the most informed fixes and they take care of you 100% from the very beginning until you get home. What a beautiful and intimate adventure Karina planned for a small group of friends to celebrate my birthday at Casita Natal in Valle. Aside from her knowledge of the region, she went above and beyond to set up travel and transportation, checked in with me throughout the day en route, and hosted an exquisite mezcal, wine and charcuterie soiree in one of the most gorgeous and serene locations on the map. She made the process of traveling over the border from the States to Mexico seamless and made sure we were in good hands and good company. Our driver, Martin was an absolute delight as were all of the wineries we stopped at along our journey. I highly recommend booking any services Wine Eat Travel offers, as I know I look forward to booking with and seeing Karina again in the future. What a special day that I will always remember because of the curated details and beauty that Karina created.
