I have been coming to this Eat'n Park since June 22, 1956. See the article on the Tribune Review.
The new place is great except for the handicapped parking. Not enough spaces and too far from the entrance. Lots of wasted space in the lot layout. Add 3 handicapped spaces on the right side of the drive thru lane.

The food is mediocre and the service isn’t great but I’ve seen worse at better places but the most disappointing thing for me was the cookies. I loved these as a kid and as adult. Why did they get rid of the good ones for these god awful cardboard ones they have now. I know it’s done to save money so the big guys can have a better paycheck but come on.

Had breakfast today at the Washington eat park and everything was good. A big shout out to our server Jody. She did an excellent job taking care of our family . She earned an A++. She definitely earned a bonus today !

I ordered club sandwich with out turkey but put a fried egg on it. Well got the bill I believe it was 12.49 then I had to pay 1.99 for the fry egg. Which ended up with tax and tip 20.00
Because the so called kitchen manager was flexing her muscles. If this was the case she should have came to me and told me it was going to cost more.
I have had this before at westmont eat n park and they never charge this price. The waitresses are super nice at this restaurant. It’s a shame that one person can cause so much problems and hate with other people and the store manager seems like just doesn’t care

Why did Eat 'n Park change their burgers to 2 barely there patties instead of one regular, large patty?
I had an American Grill burger recently and couldn't even taste any burger in there!
I guess I know why. PROFITS!
By switching to these small, tasteless and most likely cheap patties they can make more money!
Forget about customer service and delicious food!
Let's ignore them and serve garbage!
After reading the reviews here, it's clear to see that Eat 'n Park is no longer the place for smiles. Has not been for quite some time. Very sad.

Ordered 2 quarts of the 'on special for $5' chicken noodle soup Friday evening. Picked up at drive thru window. Soups were packed in a brown paper bag. Drove away. We were taking one quart to someone so I opened the bag, took out the quarts and was instantly mad!! There were only 2 or 3 regular size spoonfuls of noodles, the rest was broth!!! I called to state the lack of noodles situation and the employee stated that when the $5 soup promotion began the staff was instructed to put a minimal amount of noodles in the containers!! She was apologetic and I didn't take it out on her, only said I will call the 'headquarters' next business day. So I'm going to do that after this review/comment.
I think that's very rude and just not good business practice. It's bad enough entire menu food items have decreased in portion size but yet the prices have increased and the quality is poor. Not happy with Eat n Park!!

Our meal was terrible, the waitress first brought our hot chocolates, that tasted awful and which she spilled on her way to our table, so she said no charge for them. When we got our meals, it was luke warm, she forgot my broccoli and my sister's bread we asked for a refund for the meal but was willing to pay for our side salad which was $4.99, but the manager refused and wanted us to pay for the Salad Bar at $12.99! The Uniontown, PA restaurant is horrible! So I put $20 on the counter and left before I exploded 😤
This was the worst service ever! Not trying to cause problems, but if you don't get better trained people and better tasting food, that's hot when you get it, don't see how you even getting any business 🤔

Early in the morning at least five days a week it takes as long as 25 minutes to get your food once the order is placed, depending on who the cook is at Latrobe eat and park. Unfortunately, this person shouldn’t be the cook early in the morning and the management should keep an eye on him. It isn’t like they’re overwhelmed with customers because they’re not especially at 6:45 in the morning. One of our group left because he was going to be late for work after waiting nearly 25 minutes. The servers are great, but this is a management issue left uncorrected.
This problem has been going on for quite some time.
