The beds are super super comfortable. It was clean and quiet. Far enough away from the train tracks that you hardly hear the train horn when it comes through town. Room rate was competitive with similar hotels in Holbrook. A/C worked well, plenty of hot water. WiFi and TV worked fine. I was a happy camper for my one night stay.

As of 10/4/2024 this place was fantastic.
Was passing thru town and needed a place to rest. For work I drive a semi and ran out of hours. Found this spot and ample parking across the street on the gravel lot. Bought a spot for one night and paid $91 bucks.Seemed pretty quiet for a midweek stay. Receptionist informed me that the big guy was spraying the room and mine wasn’t done yet. No big deal I dropped my bags off and walked across the street to the bar to kill some time. About a half hour later I noticed the guy was gone. Room was very clean nice white sheets and pretty comfortable pillows and a plush bed. I could tell that the room had been recently renovated but it all looked good to me. New caulk on the toilet seats, no stains or anything anywhere. Didn’t hear any noises from other neighbors and have zero complaints about the place. I didn’t expect to find such a nice spot in Holbrook but I’m glad I stopped here. And the next day they had breakfast. Lots of options like cereal , toast , eggs and some sausage and fresh coffee. If you’re in town this place was good to me and I hope if somebody reads this run on sentence it’ll convince them to give this place a shot.

What you see is what you get, the place looks just like the photos. Room was very clean and comfy, the shower water stayed warm and had good pressure. Standard continental breakfast, with pretty good waffles. Overall a reasonably priced family-owned motel, I would stay here again.

I stayed here a couple of times in the last month and was overall happy with my stay at this older 2 Story Motor Court style Motel. It was clean with newer bedding and towels. The rooms are small but functional with a refrigerator and microwave. I was surprised that they did not include a coffee maker in the room. They did however provide a Hot Breakfast that included scrambled eggs & sausage instead of the Advertised Continental. The rooms have wood type floors that eliminate foul doors that you sometimes get with old dirty carpet. The units have been recently remodeled but did have some minor fit & Finish issues with gaps around the door seal the worst of them. The biggest issue for me was noise from upstairs guests walking around late into the night and early morning on one stay. Bathtub is slippery and no Anti-slip Mat is provided for in the Tub. Very dangerous and both me and my wife slipped and almost fell. They do provide grab bars that can help in the case of a slip. Some of the staff could be a little more welcoming and friendlier in the morning.

This motel was small, clean and quiet. Shower was good with plenty of water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for an easy on/off 1-40 stay, this is your place.

My wife was thrilled with how clean the room was. She even walked barefoot on the wood floors. It was a welcome stop after a long day of driving. My wife and I are on a 50th anniversary trip. We were happy to find a nice place to stay close to The Petrified Forest.

Rooms have been remodeled and upgraded. The A/C in my room was not working properly. They have a great selection for breakfast. We stay here every time we drive through Holbrook.

Mary, who checked us in, was pleasant & efficient! Slightly older motel but clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
