Worst customer service ever. TRIP was cancelled by school & the lady who answers the phone is absolutely RUDE & ZERO help. I wanted to know where my refund was for my kids senior trip the lady would not give me in any regarding the refunds. CONTACTING SCHOOL Boardto let them know so this company is never used again.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish! Mr. Brad Vogel was a God send as I planned our 8th grade trip to STL. His responsiveness, patience, and expertise allowed me to plan the trip with ease.

Additionally, he found the best prices with top notch companies to meet all of our traveling needs.

I just finished my third trip with Educational Travel Adventures. I've been to Cuba, Italy, Spain/France. Each trip was magnificent. The hotels were excellent. The tours were amazing and informative about places too beautiful to imagine. One of the perks of these trips is the meals in restaurants that provided good service and cuisine.There was ample time to browse the towns and local shops. Michael and Carrie go out of their way to make each trip special. They make everyone welcome and take care of any issues immediately. The days are organized and filled with new experiences. Each day is special!

Educational Travel Adventures has done an amazing job on several of the trips I have taken to Europe. Previously, I have traveled through other travel companies and it was clear to me that I was a profit to them. With ETA, when I call, they answer immediately. They are friendly, helpful and always work with me to meet whatever needs I may have. Michael has even been on some of the trips with my group. If the itinerary, experiences, and overall experience are good enough for him to travel with us, I am certain that we always receive the best. During the trip, I have had the pleasure of having Carrie as our tour guide several times and she is incredibly! She is professional but also has a great sense of humor. The only problem I have is that she makes it so fun, the time goes by quicker! If you are on the fence, just call their office. I guarantee you’ll want to book your next tour.
