My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. 🙂 I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

We hired Madison for our day of coordinator. At first, we were hesitant in hiring someone, but we definitely do no regret the decision! From the first call, Madison was reassuring us that she will be there to help us with anything we wanted and to execute our vision. Come wedding day, she made our dream wedding come to life. Not only did Madison and her team perfect the wedding decorations we envisioned, but she consistently checked in with the vendors and us to help us keep our schedule and to help adjust the schedule to make the best use of our vendors since they had to leave at a certain time. Thank you Madison and team for all of your help!

Where do I begin, Madison and here team were the best most we truly spent. She had come highly recommended to us by another bride who said the same thing. Madison and Jake went above and beyond to make our day special and perfect, and it was just that. There is always going to be hiccups when planning an event as big as this but hiring them will make sure no one will notice. They are the most friendly, kind, patient people and we were lucky to have had them!

I hired Madison for our wedding 09/11/2022 and let me tell you she went above and beyond. I loved how she was able to bring my vision to life and at the same time was able to stick within my budget. The flowers were stunning 😍 and I can’t get over how amazing everything looked! If your looking to hire a florist and are checking out Madison she it’s it you guys don’t look further! The only thing I regret was not preserving my bouquet! Because it was beautiful!

Effortless Events was a key part of our wedding success. Madison was instrumental in bringing our vision to life at the venue on the day of, and she was incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding to help organize ideas, contact vendors, and smooth out timing of the day. On my wedding day I was so relieved to know she and her team were there to ensure the smooth execution of our ceremony and reception, and she even helped with after-party details. If I ever need to throw another event, Effortless Events will be my first call!

Madison and I worked together for almost two years leading up to my wedding. She is nothing short of fabulous in every way. She helped me with everything from finding a venue, my vendors, and moral support when I needed it. She is so organized, kind, and caring about everyone and will do anything to make your wedding perfect. Not only did Madison and I form a business relationship but we also formed a personal one and I can say that I am proud to call her my friend. Madison even officiated my ceremony! She was an amazing person to work with and have as my go-to person the day of my wedding. I was completely stress-free and didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew Madison was there and would take care of any issues. I also had the pleasure of working with Jake, Madison’s assistant. He was amazing to work with, kind, and funny. I know he busted his butt to help Madison the day of and for that I am extremely grateful. I know he will be an amazing planner one day as well.

Madison was absolutely lovely to work with, she is so kind and was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had throughout the planning process. She was great at communicating, worked with my budget and was extremely professional. We sent inspiration photos back and forth to each other to make sure my vision came to life. My wedding florals were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted!! I loved them so much and am so happy with the way everything turned out. Madison and her company are simply AMAZING! From the first moment we chatted during a consultation call I knew she was exactly what I needed. My very type A brain was simply overwhelmed with the planning process because of course I have no chill and need all the things to be outlined, organized, and well thought out - lol, do you feel me? But Madison was always there to support the process, ease my stress, and help me make decisions! She took the time to truly understand my vision so she could help me at the highest level! Trust me when I say, YOU NEED HER ON YOUR DAY! She ensured everything went smoothly, gently guided us through the timeline of our day when the emotions just clouded my brain and I forgot what was next. And when I had a moment before I walked down the aisle, when I was already crying haha, she was there to talk me through it so I didn’t mess up my makeup! It’s just very obvious that she loves what she does, and when you find someone like that you know you’re going to get a quality experience. So thank you Madison, from the bottom of my heart!
