Have been ghosted multiple times by the same recruiter. If I am not a match for any current clients you have, let me know. It is disrespectful to ignore someone. I have also tried reaching out to a different recruiter that handles the same area, they told me to reach out to the original recruiter. I let them know that I haven't heard anything back from in months. They just sent me their email and told me to try again.
