I cannot say enough good things about woriking with Eileen. My first trip was a vacation for my husband and I for our 20th anniversary (Novenber 2023). Eileen found a trip which came in well below my budget and to a country I had never even considered visiting, Costa Rica! There was some strange weather in Costa Rica which closed the airport, forcing us to extend our stay. Eileen was fantastic! She worked with the airine to re-book our flights then deal with the insurace company for travel insurance reimbursement for our additional stay.
We recently booked our second vacation for our entire family plus our inlaws which was more complicated because of the number of people. She was extremely accomidating to all of our needs from our 13 year old to my mother in law!
I highly recommend Eileen for any vacation. She made what could have been two stressful situaions as smooth as they could be!

Eileen was very informative when we planned our trip to Italy. The hotels were very nice, usually short walks to the sites we wanted to see. She secured our ground travel with courteous drivers and scheduled train tickets. It took a lot of stress out of vacation planning. It was a pleasure working with her.

You learn the true measure of a travel resource/partner
when issues arise. Eileen helped us with a trip to South Africa - including flights and travel insurance. My wife sustained a fractured hip while in country. Navigating the complicated world of insurance claims is difficult. Eileen stepped in and got answers and action. Her ability to work with resources based on years of relationships with the insurance company were invaluable.
