Overall GREAT experience.

I do feel like the organizer was a bit unorganized BUT the decoration, food venue and photographer were amazing! It was well worth the price I just wish communication had been better and things were not done last minute.

The day of the event the photographers were punctual, they followed us to the church and park. By the time we got to the venue everything was BEAUTIFULLY decorated. The food 10/10! The cake beautiful and delicious.

Unfortunately as a young mom I do not feel like I was not taken very seriously by the company but I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I hope to have many more parties with them <3

SO CUSTUMERS BE AWARE YOU' LL PACKAGES you will never get them . your good memories you wont .

also for the events he never ends up giving you what you pay for

The service is some of the worst I’ve seen in business we hired them for my daughters 15th birthday back in march 2023 up to now December 2024 the order in not complete I paid $3,700 dollars and fed up because every time I ask to speak to the owner he’s not there and the cellphone I was given rarely rings or just goes straight to voicemail keep in mind that in their contract and when I spoke to the worker when I made the last payment prior to the event I was told the process was going to be 3-5 months

Do not use this place. Whoever I speak to over the phone is very rude and unprofessional! My daughter’s 15th was 4/22/23. I turned in my final list on around March of 24 which I understand I took longer then normal but with that said I call and requested a time line when I would receive the photos I was told 4/6 weeks I called back in 5 weeks to be told they would not be done for another 4 weeks. This happen a total of 4 times. I was very Patient and until I said enough was enough either give me a date to pick up my pictures, refund my money or I’ll be force to fill suit to refund my money I was given a date to pick up my photos I paid in full.

Horrible place. Don’t recommend. We hired them for my sister’s quincenera in 2021. 3 years later and they still haven’t gave us our picture frame and quincenera video. By the way, these people did not have the video ready in time for the quince, so we did not have a video to show to our guests. Every thing they promise you in the contract like the photo albums, pictures, or anything they say , it will never be ready in time. We didn’t receive anything until over the course of the past 3 years. Every time we come in for the missing stuff They always say “it’ll be ready next week” and they have been saying that for years now. Also, their photographer went to jail which tells you what you need to know about this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

My daughters 15 was on August 31-2024 we hired this horrible place to do her video and photos, i dint hear from them for 1 month , when i called to see what was going on the owner was very rude and said i had to wait 3 months for my stuff not to call again, so i waited 3 months i called back on November 2024 and no response, long story short, we payed $1,600 for our service and its been just stories about how the computer broke and just keep giving me 2 weeks and when the 2 weeks are up they come up with another excuse, now the owner dosent even answear anymore phone calls or messages , don’t hire them they are liars and rude people.

The owner Wilfredo and some of his team members were nice and everything but the Dj sucked and was getting mad when i was requesting the songs I wanted the camera men were excellent the security guards were horrible didn’t even realize they broke my family members car window.

I would not recommend this place. The owner Wilfredo messed up my order. My daughter was crying on her special day. The photobooth never arrived and the services were delayed. I never received the photos for her quince. I regret getting my services from here. If you want to have a nice party rent from somewhere else. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t event pay his workers. TERRIBLE QUALITY . All the services are outsourced so there is no communication between the customer and any of the services.
