My husband and I had our wedding this past July 5th and elegant decor did a phenomenal job with all of the decor at our banquet hall. They took our vision and brought it to life!! Words can’t explain how amazing Anna and her team is!! We planned our bridal shower with Elegant Event Decor and the process was seamless. She took my vision and inspo pics and made it a reality. Any tweaks we needed or adjustments she was so flexible and a joy to work with. I walked into the banquet room and MY JAW HIT THE FLOOR. The room, the backdrop, the centerpieces all the way to the tiniest details were perfectly executed!! It was a fairytale. I can’t thank this team enough!!

DISHEARTENING EXPERIENCE- UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

We recently visited Elegant Event Decor to look for decorations for my daughters wedding, and we were thoroughly disappointed by the service. Anna who was assisting us was incredibly condescending. Instead of offering options and making the process feel celebratory she remarked, "You don't know what you want."

For someone in business of renting decorations especially for such a special occasion, I expected a much more positive and supportive attitude. We were hoping for guidance and options, but instead, the tone felt dismissive and discouraging. I hoped for a more encouraging atmosphere, where my daughter could feel excited about her big day, but unfortunately, this was far from the experience we had.

This place was a letdown and highly don't recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, professional service for such an important event.

Anna and her team are absolutely amazing! In my online search for a decorator for our venue, I came across Elegant Chair Covers & Event Decor and I noticed the great reviews. I sent an email inquiring of their services. I received a prompt response back from Anna. From that initial email in Nov. 2017, through the end of our wedding night on May 5, it has been the best experience and a pleasure working with Anna. Services are reasonable in cost and well worth every penny. She transformed a nice venue into a stunning and elegant space for our family and friends to celebrate our special day. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful venue. I encourage all brides or wedding planners to contact Anna if you want a great experience and a stunning event.
