Views are so pleasant, huge floor to ceiling windows, full assembled kitchen, glassware and eating utensils with full refrigerator! which makes bringing food back or reheating later much more convenient. Always so accommodating, and I must say I love the staff and the easy check in process. In the past 6 months I’ve stayed 3 times. The breakfast is also very amazing. I will be back very soon!

I usually stay at another hotel in the Providence area but my work booked this hotel for a group of us. Very large rooms, nice to have the extended kitchen. However I felt it was very dirty: stains on carpet, dirt on doors and walls. There was also incessant beeping both in the lobby and by the elevators on my floor, although thankfully I couldn't hear it from my room. I will most definitely return to my usual in Providence next time.

His professionalism, quick response, and sincere apology truly stood out.

Jo’s dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable—he made me feel valued and ensured everything was corrected promptly. Thanks to him, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a testament to excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of being checked in by Noble. He was friendly, responsive, very kind, and I felt welcomed. He also showed me where the restaurant was as well.as pointed me in the direction of the snack outlet in the front. As an added benefit, Noble walked me to the elevator and explained how to get to my floor. This was an awesome experience. Thanks Noble!

We had a phenomenal experience at the Element. When we initially checked into our room we had an issue. Melissa exhibited excellent customer service by going above and beyond to get us moved to another room that exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of staying at the Element by Westin in Huntsville. I was upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise and beautiful. The staff was courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent and served on real dinnerware and silverware, not paper and plastic. In summary, my stay was super! Unfortunately, my last day I slept in and in my haste to get to my meeting, I left an important piece of medical equipment in my room. When I returned home and noticed my mistake, I called the Element and was directed to housekeeping who had recovered my device. Then I was directed to Ms. Roselyn Shanks to arrange for shipping of my much-needed device. Roselyn made this shipping look easy considering the challenge I had with the shipping company. She went above and beyond to help me. This kind of service ensures that in all my future trips to Huntsville, I will be staying at the Element.

Worst experience. I booked a hotel at the Westin. They texted me the day of check in saying that my reservation was cancelled. I called the help desk and they rebooked me. Went to check in and they said they were doing renovations and cancelled our reservation and booked us at the element. They didn’t attempt to notify me ahead of time. We ended up staying at the Element and paid for our stay. I found out that they had charged me for 2 rooms, one for the one we stayed in and one for a no show. I called them trying to get it resolved for weeks. They kept saying they couldn’t do anything and that their manager would get back to me. I reached out to their manager his name is Cameron Turner he would not answer, I left multiple messages. I finally got a call back from him days later, and he said that he reached out to Marriott bonvoy to see if they were going to take responsibility for it. I never got a call back from him. I reached out to him again the next week and still have not to this day got any response from anyone from Marriott or my refund. I finally filed fraud charges with my bank. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

Had a horrible stay, rooms were filthy, construction going on in the building everyday from 10-5 which nobody bothered to mention. Front desk response was “well it was on our website”. Well I booked the stay at your front desk and nobody bothered to mention it. They also couldn’t cancel or refund my stay without a supervisor who isn’t there everyday.
