Marco is the BEST! We have been using the company for about two years now and have recommended it to our friends and family. Contacted Eliminate Em Sunday. Dan Carlisle called backed very promptly and was here within 2 hours We had a lengthy talk. He asked many questions but also listened carefully to everything I said. His visit here lasted almost 3 hours. During that time he was courteous, professional, thorough and helpful. He has stayed in touch as we have tried to resolve the issue on a very prompt and regular basis. I would rate him with 5 * (exceptional). I really lucked out when he got my service request.

I contacted the Eliminate em Pest Control Services after previous service went to package selling that they were not licensed for in our state of Connecticut. Also our family cat Sam turned 14 years old, developed kidney failure and sadly we had to say goodbye. After reading reviews this is the company we chose and true to the reviews the appointment we scheduled was kept in a timely manner. Chris came to our home, did an inspection, offered some advise, and treatment and scheduled a followup visit with us. According to previous posts I don't expect our experience to be anything different than those others that have received top notch professional and timely service.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to get rid of our problem. He made a thorough inspection of our property to spot any potential issues and treated spots where we may be at risk. They are a full service business and we will be using them in the future.
