A lot of errors and miscommunication. Overall my family enjoyed my wedding. Some things I noticed on that day bothered me and we were late starting the ceremony. Usually the bride is late but I sat waiting and to this day I do not know why. After several attempts some of my needs were met. Spent more money due to too many errors such as the timeline and my limos. Some of my family thought she was rude. I was not there to witness the convo. I cannot recommend. Even her staff was very disrespectful online but they keep deleting and hiding parts of the conversation which validates how unprofessional it can be at times. The wedding was not a complete bust but sometimes you get what you pay for. Although other coordinators maybe more expensive, try an interview with them first.

I used Elite Event Planning for my daughters 9th birthday party and it was amazing. Mrs. Bradley is one talented person, and she can throw one heck of a party! I honestly waited til the last minute to start planning this so I looked her up and called. I told her about a couple ideas I had and she ran with it. She always kept me in the loop with everything that was going on which I really loved. She also worked with me on the financial side so I wasn't overwhelmed with so much. My daughter and her friends had the best princess party any girl could have dreamed of. I will be recommending her to all of my friends! Thanks again Mrs. Bradley!

I found Elite Event Planning by doing a Google search for a party planner in Montgomery, AL. My daughter was graduating from college and I knew that I would need some help in the area to plan her events, since I lived in another state. My initial impression with Consuelo was very unprofessional. I believe she runs this little business on the side and there is no designated business number to reach a party planning professional. It was like calling a house phone, where once her husband answered and the second time she answered with a harsh, "yea?" I didn't have many options in the area, so I decided to use her in spite of my doubts. Consuelo kept trying to push me to sign a contract with her, but I wasn't comfortable because I didn't understand her fees or where my money was going. She has these flat rates on her website that charges in blocks per a head, but the only thing that she includes is paper plates, cups, napkins , balloons, a banner and party favors! Wth? How about a short trip to Costco, Wal-Mart or even the dollar store can cover that! She tried to explain that she could move the cost of the her services around if I didn't need paper plates and cups, but she couldn't think of anything else to offer. When I questioned her fees she wrote this: "I understand. If my package amenities are not what you need, I would be happy to customize your package to fit your needs. I can cover the things in the package that you do need. Once you get the details together, send me a list. I'll let you know what we can cover as part of your customized package and what, if anything will incur an additional fee. That way you'll know upfront what you're paying for. Also please include descriptive details of the centerpiece wanted. Preferably a picture. I should be able to provide you with a detailed quote within 24 hours of receiving your request. I look forward to hearing from you." I sent her a list, pictures and ideas - which I thought was her job anyways. Consuelo then realized that I wasn't from the backwoods of Alabama and canceled working with me at the last minute with this email note: "My apologies for the late response. We are very busy with our summer weddings and unfortunately will not be able to plan your party with such short notice. Good luck on your graduation party." Short notice? I contacted her 2 months in advance. DO NOT USE HER! SHE'S A CROOK. You can get paper plates and party favors anywhere and it won't cost you 600$.

She did my best friends wedding and I must say that I wouldn't even recommend her for anything at all. She was extremely rude to her guest and to some of her family. She is very unprofessional. The wedding started late and she tried to blame it on someone else. Most of the things were half done and it looked as if she through it together. Any reviews that you may see on her Facebook page are not true those are from her helpers.
