We had the unfortunate experience of using these people for a non profit fundraiser. The kids they had putting our (2) tents together were higher than a kite. And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren’t even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down.

Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real.

Their response is complete nonsense. They scrambled to reply to our comment so quickly because they know they screwed up. It’s not a customer’s job to inspect a professional’s, and I say professional with hesitation, work for faults. You did your acquaintance no favors and actually took full payment you had no right to, from a non profit. Congratulations. If you cannot accommodate a job… simply say no…or if you do, maybe have available parts for repairs for a service being provided. But the fact you still believe you should be entitled to full payment, maybe you should take a hard look look at your business ethics. Others will see this review and photos. I will make sure of that, and so will the rest of entities involved with our fundraiser. If this costs you at least a few jobs, it was worth my few minutes leaving this review.

Again, thank you for taking your full payment from a non profit, and providing faulty equipment with no resolutions. You guys should give yourselves a pat on the back.

Elite Events is an amazing company. We have used then for years at our High School Senior Bash. They come in and take care of everything. If you use them for a casino night they are also top notch and the person that is the pit boss is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you use Elite Events.

Our recent experience with Elite Events was disappointing in several areas, and while this may not reflect everyone’s interactions with the company, we believe it’s important to share our perspective for a well-rounded understanding.

One of our main concerns was the inexperience of the event staff. Many of the crew members, who were teenagers, lacked the training necessary for smooth event management, resulting in delays and gaps in service. For example, a staff member assigned to lead Bingo had never played before, which led to a late start and minimal engagement with our guests. Additionally, essential items like drinks, chips, and silverware were not restocked proactively, causing guests to wait or even step in to restock themselves.

There were also logistical issues. The crew arrived without extension cords for lighting, and we had to provide our own, some of which were not returned. Communication and planning could have been improved, as the event start time and setup expectations were not fully met, despite these details being confirmed in our signed contract.

We understand that Elite Events may have challenges in staffing, but as paying customers, we expect professionalism and readiness, particularly in areas that impact guest experience.

While Elite Events might work well for some, our experience highlighted areas for improvement. For larger, detail-oriented events, or those requiring a more professional touch, we’d recommend clarifying expectations around staff experience and logistical support ahead of time.

Chris took care of us from the start of our Fall Festival. When the crew came out to setup, they were very professional. In addition, they went above and beyond by making sure our pumpkin painting station was fully stocked and everyone had a safe time on the riding bull and high striker. They even tended our firepits (we did not ask them) while our team was pulled around the event. We appreciate your continued business here at Logan University.

Overall, you guys were great. Your communication and responses were very good throughout. Your set up team was on time, extremely conscientious and worked well with us to make the last-minute changes that always come up, of course. The set up/take down schedule worked well and we appreciate your cooperation and execution in making that work. This was the most successful of the four times we have held this event. Record attendance and very good unsolicited responses so far from our partners and guests. We held our post event meeting yesterday and it was unanimous that we will invite Elite Events back for the 2025 event. Thanks again for the great service.

We used Elite Events for our company awards banquet. We specifically used their casino services and it really elevated our event. From the quote process to end of the event, they were a professional and easy company to work with. The pre event planning helped us finalize event details, the set up crew were helpful and friendly, and the pit boss and casino dealers were wonderful! We will be working with this company again in the future! Highly recommend using them at your next event.

I utilized Elite Events Train for an Easter event with my Church and right off the bat I have appreciated their service throughout the entire time working with them, from booking to post event customer service, they did an amazing job. They arrived on time and were ready in a blink of an eye. They catered to the event guests well and from many people I heard they enjoyed having the train. I would highly suggest using their services for anyones next event. Hopefully in the future we will have another opportunity to utilize other offerings that they have.

We used Elite Events for a corporate event last week and they were phenomenal to work with. Super nice and professional, wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything which we were. They were also super reasonable in their price point. I definitely would recommend Elite Events if wanting to work with a Casino night company in the St. Louis area.
