I recently hosted my daughter's sweet 16 at Elite Events and I can't say enough great things about this venue! The space was clean, spacious and well-maintained – it really set the perfect atmosphere for our event which was a Night Club Theme. They offered a variety of packages and extras that allowed us to customize everything to our needs. The 360 Photo Booth was a huge hit.

Kendra did a phenomenal job with the balloon arch for the photo backdrop in the "VIP Lounge". It was absolutely stunning and really added that special touch.
Julian was always prompt and helpful in answering any questions I had, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable event. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back for future occasions!

We recently hosted our baby shower at Elite Events Pottstown (November 9, 2024) and it was absolutely perfect! The space was ample and beautifully suited for our event, comfortably accommodating all our guests while allowing plenty of room for mingling, games, and a memorable celebration. The staff was wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.

We were also very pleased with the pricing, which was reasonable and well worth the quality of service and space provided. I have used Elite Events venue twice now and have been very happy with the space. We used it for my son’s graduation party (in 2022) and last weekend for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. It’s an open, spacious venue. We love the IPad hooked to surround sound and all of the lights! Owners are very nice, accommodating & respond quickly. The internet wasn’t working when I entered the building and someone was there in no time to fix the issue. We always have a good time at Elite Events! 💜

Very spacious well lit event space. Affordable and plenty of parking available. Nice sound system that was controlled by a connected ipad! There is an additional room which is a kitchen area with a refrigerator,
Sink, bar area, and microwave.

Owners were very helpful and responded promptly to my questions. My guest and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space!

Found this event space online as I live out of the area and needed to plan a Sweet 16 there for my daughter. From the first call, Julian was extremely helpful and also gave me info for other vendors. Party day was amazing! The room is perfect for small to medium gatherings and there is a back room for additional space and a kitchenette. The room has two TV’s, is lighted well with ceiling trimmed lights also, and there’s an iPad for surround music. Absolutely perfect for teenagers! The entire family (Kendra who did our backdrop setup and DJ Smoke) was so helpful and answered questions we had. I promise you you will not regret using this facility for your next event. Kendra went above and beyond, supplying us with items we forgot even up until party time and making sure my daughter had an amazing night.
If you are looking for convenience, style, and customer service, this is your space!

Wow our event turned out amazing at Elite. Love that it's local in our lovely town of Pottstown. Julian was responsive and a pleasure to work with for our event. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our daughters baby shower. If you're looking for a venue local to Pottstown and haven't checked this spot yet, I recommend!
