Cindy helped us book the trip of our dreams. Everything went so smoothly. The resort was beautiful with the friendliest staff. Transport was set up for us and was perfect. Flights went smoothly as well.
Cindy told us everything we needed know for an international trip so we were prepared at the airport and on arrival to the resort.

Tracie at EGT helped us plan our trip to Mexico and she was so informative about any questions we had, extremely quick with answering calls or emails and made the trip planning process extremely simple! Our trip went so smooth and I absolutely contribute that to Tracie and her expertise at Elm Grove Travel! She booked our hotel, our transportation to and from the airport and had our entire itinerary quickly sent to us so all our info was in one area when we needed it for something.
