We stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall, it was a solid experience. What I loved most was how spacious it was—we had a suite with two beds, two bathrooms, and a separate TV room. Everything was super clean, and the showers were large and spotless.

The front desk staff was really polite, and the lobby was huge and beautifully designed. The pool was definitely a highlight—it’s heated, so we could swim even at 9 PM after dark, which was a nice touch. The beach is right across the street, and the hotel provides chairs, but if you want an umbrella, it’ll cost you $15. Just a heads-up: the beach is gorgeous but not for small kids. The water gets deep fast, it’s pretty rocky, and the waves can be rough.

The food? It was just okay. Nothing was bad, but nothing was memorable either. We had a big group, so we tried a lot, and it was all just... average. Also, there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance (unless you’re up for a 15-minute walk), so you’ll need a car, Uber, or delivery if you want more options.

Now, the biggest downside—construction noise. They were drilling from 9 AM to 5 PM, and we weren’t warned about it before arriving. Luckily, we were out most of the time, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but one afternoon we wanted to nap, and that was not happening with all the noise. From what I understand, these repairs are ongoing, so I’d call ahead before booking.

Breakfast was fine but felt more like something you'd get at a two-star hotel rather than a three-star. They had the usual eggs, omelets, bacon, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee, and juice. It would be nice if they added healthier options—dairy-free milk or yogurt (just one type like almond milk would be great), turkey sausage instead of just pork and bacon, and a better fruit selection (apples and bananas are fine, but how about watermelon or a fruit salad?).

One big plus: happy hour from 5-6:30 PM. You get two free drinks per person, which is a nice perk since drinks are pricey (beers start at $10, and cocktails at $12). They also serve broccoli, celery, and carrot sticks with ranch, which was a nice touch.

Overall, I’d give this hotel 4 stars. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I’d check on the construction first. If you’re looking for space, a clean stay, and a heated pool, it’s a great choice—just don’t expect a foodie paradise or total peace and quiet.

If this hotel wants to go through extensive hotel repairs, such as jackhammering the exterior all day long, then they maybe want to consider shutting down the hotel without guests in it. A hotel this size should not be operating with limited working elevators. Testing fire alarms at 7am makes no since. Maybe during the day would? I am very disappointed with what I paid to stay here and I strongly suggest that those consider their future stay to think twice. Until they can actually get their hotel completed with renovations and are ready to serve guests, I would find somewhere else to stay. They seem understaffed. Long lines at the front desk. Free evening drinks take several minutes to get. Breakfast lines are horrible. Evening reception lines with the same options each day are long. The "perks" included in your stay are not worth the overall cost. It's a loud hotel, busy, anxious, and not relaxing. Location is also in an odd area with about a 7-8 block walk to any dining options. We were ok knowing that at booking, thinking we could just spend our time relaxing at the hotel, but, with all the cauos all the time, we found ourselves wanting to leave often.

Checked in late and began receiving messages from the hotel staff asking if I had settled in no in and urged us to not hesitate in asking the staff for any needs.
Room was clean and comfortable, no obvious signs of usual wear and tear. My room faced the ocean which made it a pleasure to open the balcony door to get the ocean breeze and noise.
The buffet breakfast was surprisingly a lot bigger than I had imagined, but the line to fresh made omelets gets long fast.
The location was amazing as the usual tourist restaurants were only minutes down the road.
Biggest complaint is the elevators, prepare to wait as they are slow.
Will definitely be coming back to stay.

Amazing stay! Clean, beautiful rooms, staff was wonderful and helpful. Happy hour had non alcoholic drinks as well, food at restaurant was delicious, pool is beautiful. We are definitely staying here from now on when we visit the area. It's a short walk to the busier area with stores and restaurants so not as much traffic or noises which was perfect. Bike rentals, spa, workout area. This place had everything we wanted and needed.

We recently stayed at the Deerfield Beach Embassy Suites and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel seems newly remodeled, with updated rooms and a refreshed lobby that gives it a modern feel. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to a beautiful public beach with chairs included in your stay, which is a great perk.

The pool is large and has plenty of seating, though the hot tub was on the smaller side and often full. Breakfast was, as always with Embassy Suites, a highlight! The variety is excellent, with made-to-order omelets, bacon, sausage, and more. The evening happy hour with drinks and snacks is a nice touch, although we found the snack selection here a bit lighter than other Embassy locations we've visited.

The only downside was the daytime construction noise, which made it challenging for our little ones to nap. If you're traveling with kids who need daytime rest, that could be something to consider.

Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a great location and some standout features. Once construction wraps up, it’ll likely be even better!

Good weekend stay!
Rooms are quite large. I would recommend getting anything that faces the beach and not the city or "sunset view", there is no view. Breakfast is quite good and the pool is great. Good access to the beach and even tough you have to pay for extra beach services, it is worth it!
The hotel itself is good, however it was under renovations while we were there, so lots of noise, lots of dust. They also seem to get a lot of events during the weekend, which makes the lobby and valet quite busy and breakfast almost impossible to get a table.
