Stayed in tons of hotels all over and definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been at in a while. Front desk folks were really friendly and informative. I checked after HH but we joked about it being worth it for the two comp drinks. The entire floor is immaculate. I feel like the hotel has been here a while but it was well cared for. My room was huge. Bedding is super comfortable and classic style. Weight room and pool look awesome but yet to try. Really a 5 star hotel. I would definitely suggest it if you’re coming to see the school or catching a game. Really great property and even better people.

Stayed here one night. If I had been planning on staying any longer, I would've moved hotels. The walls are comically thin - I could literally hear people in neighboring rooms whispering. I was woken up multiple times through the night from people in adjacent rooms coughing.
The room was clean, but obviously dated with lots of scrapes and peeling paint. This isn't something I normally would complain about, but the bathroom fan was insanely loud, and it automatically kicks on whenever the bathroom light was turned on. I ended up using my phone flashlight in the bathroom at night so it didn't sound like an airplane was taking off in my room. The room was also really dark, even with all the lights turned on.
Breakfast was already cleaned up and put away when I went downstairs at 9:20 (this was on a weekday). I stay at Embassy's pretty frequently and breakfast usually ends at 10 on weekdays, so I was supposed by this. There was nothing in the room or on the app indicating when breakfast ended - I should've called the front desk and asked, but oh well.
It's extremely close to the university, but with so many hotels in the area I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

I was in town on business and stayed here for a few nights. I was welcomed as a Hilton Honors guest by Siedah who was terrific with my check-in process.||I had room 250 which was a two bed suite in the corner by a stairwell. The room was clean and comfortable.||The manager's reception has a nice selection of snacks along with drinks. ||The breakfast buffet was excellent.||I enjoyed my stay.||There is a TGI Friday's restaurant next to the hotel.

Very tight parking lot, especially for large vehicles. I was there with a bus and had a difficult time parking because the little space left had cars parking in such a way as to not leave enough space for the bus. I asked the front desk if there was a way to cone off a section and they refused saying they would not reserve parking. I reiterated that I was driving a bus and they again rudely refused. I asked to speak to a manager and was also rudely refused. All while ignoring the fact that I walk with a cane and having to walk around or over the grassy median is difficult for me.

I would not recommend this place for anyone, but that goes double for large groups as the front desk staff is not very helpful and I doubt they will make any effort to accommodate you if it involves getting up from their chairs because apparently they do not appreciate the income we bring them and how that gives them a paycheck.

To be fair the beds were actually comfortable, but the noise kept me awake. You can hear everything, from the people in the next room to the wedding in the open atrium. And the elevator was very slow.

And I will compliment the breakfast staff, they were quite friendly and helpful. At least they noticed my cane and offered to help.

It’s really pathetic that 7 years ago I came here with a group and left a bad review then and they have made no corrections since and are just as bad of a hotel. I have stayed in several hotels around the Newark, DE area and this is by far the worst one. I met several parents who were there visiting their kids in colleges and I made sure to recommend other hotels to them for future visits. Each of them shared my concerns and were thankful for the recommendations.

Rooms are spacious, beds were clean. Bathroom specifically could use some upgrading and better cleaning, (I was not too upset as I’ve seen worse). Staff is very pleasant and attentive, breakfast was good, and they had a nice evening reception set up. Overall a good stay.

Very pretty hotel. Large indoor, central attrium. Excellent breakfast with made to order eggs. Wide variety of items. Room was large and clean and beds comfortable. Certain things like rugs need replacement..a bit old and worn. The pool area needs the most work. Walls are peeling and many broken and missing tiles. Certainly not an attractive look.|Overall, if you do not use the pool, it is a nice hotel and I would return again

Walking into my room, I was greeting my name on the TV.

5pm to 7pm
They served complimentary snacks and drinks, which basically consisted of chips/dips/assorted crackers/pretzels a whole spread of snacks!
Bartender made requested drinks
TGI Fridays was connected to the hotel which was fantastic bc we had a 15% off coupon given by the hotel at check in.
The pool (6am to 10pm) was ok kids enjoyed it...bummer the jacuzzi was broke....nice gym area(24 hrs)

Breakfast served at 7am to 1030am
French toast, pancakes, biscuits gravy, sausage, ham, potatoes, eggs
Variety of cereals cold/hot
Variety of Muffins/breads/bagels
Coffee/juices teas
And omelets mad to order the way u want!

The staff was nice and helpful.
It was beautifully decorated for Christmas
