I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Palmdale, California, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and cleanliness. The food was excellent, meeting all expectations for quality and taste.

The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Compared to my recent hotel stays across the country, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Embassy Suites in Palmdale for anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience.

Here for 2 nights on business trip, placed right by the elevator and the mechanical whirring was so loud and prevented me from getting a decent sleep which was not good as I was there for work! They were at full capacity so I couldn't be moved.

The room was huge and equipped with microwave, mini fridge. I didn't have status with Hilton, just a basic member but was given a bag with candy and water which was nice. Mattress was ok, found out that they were getting replaced. Shower was great with very good water pressure. Couch was huge but I barely used it.

Breakfast buffet was a nice perk as well but food was on the salty side. You're given a card size voucher to show the dates of your stay to ensure you're a valid guest. They also provide complimentary drinks in the evening, limited to 1 per adult

There was indoor pool and Jacuzzi plus fitness center which I did not utilize

My husband & I always have a great time. We love sitting at the bar. You can help yourself to free complimentary appetizers at the restaurant. You get 2 free complimentary drinks. We like to enjoy the bonfire & the beautiful night sky outside, eat & drink, listen to music off my phone, and enjoy conversing with others. Ordering food from the restaurant, room service is great. Always look forward to free complimentary breakfast the next morning is awesome. They make the best breakfast omelet!

First time staying here at Ebassy Suites and had a wonderful time. My room was clean and comfortable and was just what I needed. I love the two free beverages at happy hour and the awesome complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentative, they went out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible when staying there. Highly recommended if visiting Palmdale and want to have the best hotel experience, they truly go above and beyond here.

Great location!!! Tons of food and shopping within walking distance. Clean rooms. The free breakfast was great as well as the 12pm checkout time.. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

The room was extra clean. There was plenty of parking and well lit. It is close to many shops. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Staff was amazing. Dulce was awesome and amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the worst Motel in Palmdale… yes motel not Hotel due to the fact it’s disgusting. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. Management is untrained, unprofessional, staff needs to be retrained all over again and learn how to manage and be professional at all times. The pool and jacuzzi dirty as well as the gym equipment, where is heath inspectors!!! For this to be an Embassy Suites this location should be renovated and start all over.

Just stayed for our daughter's softball tournament in Lancaster. The good news is, if you're ready to party, this hotel has no late night noise policy from outside groups, playing music/dancing etc. The bad news is, if you have an early morning game and have to get a good night's sleep, that probably won't happen.

We were able to hear the patio party rocking out well into the night. It's a shame that allowing 20 people to have a good time takes priority over respect for the rest of the guests. We won't be going back here; it's a location/manager decision, not a Hilton Corporate policy.
