The initial service level for booking a cruise thru Enchanted Travel Agency of Tampa was good. But their response to issues (getting a refund) was TERRIBLE. It took six months for me to receive a refund...after five phone calls, eight emails (with no response from Enchanted). I would NOT recommend Enchanted Travel Agency of Tampa for any future trip planning....they lacked professionalism.
