I want to preface this by saying Envisioned Events is the one stop shop you will ever need for the rest of your life for any event! I originally planned to decorate my own wedding, but when I realized it was more heavy lifting than I anticipated, I reached out to Envisioned Events. They were very responsive and clear during the inquiry stage. I ultimately began working with Diane specifically who took the time to come to my venue's open house with me to get a lay of the land and make additional suggestions. When asked what my budget was, she did everything humanly possible to remain within that and didn't pressure me to add something that wasn't necessary or outside of my financial means. Her creativity far exceeded mine which allowed her to quite literally work magic, but she also took the time to hear any suggestions I had and we worked together to implement them so I could have the day I wanted. She provided me with a crystal clear estimate with no hidden fees; nothing "came up" to cause exuberant additional expenses after I signed the contract. This company was VERY TRANSPARENT AND COMMUNICATIVE with anything that might incur additional expenses, mostly due to things I wanted to add after my initial invoice. I was always quoted a price prior to things being added so I wasn't blindsided. Diane came for the final walk through of the venue to make sure everything we needed from the venue was available the day of the wedding and worked with the venue staff to ensure any layout changes were made and they had access to the space with enough time to set up without me having to be the middle man, which was huge because I already had enough stress as it is with everything else wedding related! The actual wedding day went perfectly! And I mean PERFECT!! I was able to show up and be just as floored as my guests were with the decor and really just enjoy the day for what it was. The Envisioned Events team worked so well with the venue staff, my photographer and videographer you almost thought they were the same company. Every single thing was in order, my wedding party had their flowers, the guests were never lost or bored, the flow of family photos went smoothly because this team was able to round up everyone needed during cocktail hour (which you can imagine is a task in itself) and she helped the in house coordinator stay on schedule. There wasn't anything this team didn't do that day. My dress got stained before the first dance and they pretty much express cleaned it at the table! My DJ's laptop went completely black during our bride and groom game and the team got on it and helped the DJ fix his laptop all while coordinating with our emcee to extend the game so the guest (and us) were unaware of the unfolding chaos. Literally every fire was put out before we even knew there any!! At the end of the night, they packed up and got out of there in an hour and left the place immaculate. I could probably go on and on about them, but this review is long enough, I think it's clear they're THE BEST!! You can see the photos and judge for yourselves! We already booked them for our baby shower, my niece's sweet 16 and my cousin's 40th birthday party. They will have our family business for eternity! Don't even bother to look for anyone else just book them! You won't regret it!!
