Easily one of the worst companies I have worked for , sheer ignorance towards others and peerage through the roof.

They belittle , begrudge and hate anyone who might actually have the inclination to do the job right... never I have seen such a circus ?.....

You will suffer with these people. Be warned. They will use and abuse you, accuse you of anything to get their way also.

Shame on you. Working for this company is dangerous.

As soon as we arrived at Southport Air Show, we were greeted by Edward from EP Team who was full of energy and dancing when showing us where to park. This immediately started the day off amazingly for us and made us all smile. And when we were leaving 9 hours later, he was still dancing!!! Thank you Edward for making us smile!

Left probably 1000+ people waiting in rain 2+ hours at White Hart Lane bag drop on Park Lane. No fun leaving the stadium at midnight. Hopefully clubs will not allow incompetent companies like this to manage bag drops at events. No good having state of the art stadiums like WHL when you partner with ‘let down’ services like EP Group.

Bumped into a staff member from what I think was this company I think his name was christian on our way back from seeing Liam Gallagher at knebworth. He went above and beyond and helped walk me and my family (including a disabled child) to somewhere to get a taxi after being sent in every direction in the early hours of the morning.
