i was so excited for my one of a kind wedding. so much went into planning for my special day and we used aspects no one in the area has ever seen or used before. we trusted craig and took his word that he would ensure no one would see or use our decor before the wedding / right after my wedding (that would take away from the coolness of my party and is just bad customer service) we chose to use epic after meeting with the top decor company in chicago because we thought craig could do something spectacular for us. everything was amazing until after the party when we saw my custom elements used free of charge to the wedding the next night at the same venue with overlapping guests. it was extremely upsetting to see and we would never use this company again. he didn’t think what he did was a big deal and didn’t know why we cared so much. when you spend tens of thousands of dollars on decor it’s a big deal. i don’t recommend this company and won’t recommend them to anyone i know. we loved craig but he blew it big time for us

I planned a unique event with this company for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was custom that I helped design. We explained to the owner Craig that we didn’t want anyone to see this and asked that he not show our design to anyone until after our event which he agreed to do. He said he would obviously end up reusing elements but not anytime right after our event. He had another wedding at the same venue 24 hours after our event and did a very underhanded thing . We had guests in common at both weddings the people getting married were the same age as my daughter and we’re in the same social circles as my daughter and myself . On more than one occasion when meeting with Craig we told him that the wedding he was doing the next night we had people at our wedding going to that wedding so he was well aware of the overlap . That night as the other wedding is taking place we saw pictures on social media and our custom elements from our event were at this party less than 24 hours later in the same venue with guests in common and we were horrified . We had a unique bar and backdrop that were the copy of the back of our wedding invitation which Craig had nothing to do designing the invitation we sent him the digital files. We immediately had our planners reach out to Craig and he made up some story about how the people just saw our decor the next morning and he let them use it for free! So the very expensive custom elements that we paid for he just let the people the next day use at no charge because they supposedly walked in the room in the morning when our event should’ve been broken down loved it and he let them use it ! This was 10 days ago and I have yet to hear from him. He did not reply to my email and he has not reached out to me despite telling my planner that he would be contacting me. He is a very poor business person and I would encourage anyone thinking of using him or his company to go elsewhere! He cares so little about his customers that he didn’t even feel the need to call and apologize for what he did he just told the party planner yeah I made a big mistake ! 😡

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from epic events for my anniversary and they absolutely blew us away! Probably the most beautiful flowers I have ever purchased and this was without picking them out in person!
The best bang for your buck and great service! Thank you guys!
