I highly recommend having Eric guide as much of your days in the Bay Area as possible. He was an exceptional guide - one of the best ever! I was visiting on a company outing and Eric led my work group of about 25 people on a six hour tour of the high profile spots and the hidden gems too! Everyone raved about Eric. I then hired Eric personally two days later to take me to Muir Woods and Sausalito. Both in a group setting and with just my family Eric was the ultimate tour guide. He was insightful and knowledgeable about just about everything- a wealth of information. He also has lived in many of the different Bay areas so he has personal experiences to share. There were several stops including with beautiful views and landscapes that would have never been on my radar without Eric. Eric spoke loud and clear and had a lot to share about all the locations. My mother and I started our trip and didn’t know how to visit San Francisco in one day. We met Eric (our guide) who provided us with a three day tour of the city and surrounding areas. It was the perfect solution. We used a simple, 3-step process to coordinate our tour with Eric. We booked our tour online, Eric picked us up at the hotel, and we immediately began to enjoy the beautiful scenery. If it wasn’t for Eric, we would have never been able to see the most beautiful parts of San Francisco in the most efficient manner. It was truly a successful trip.

Eric took my wife and I on an all day adventure to Big Sur , Pebble Beach and Carmel . We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and Eric’s company . The next day Kat took us to Muir Woods and around San Fransisco , she was very knowledgeable and interesting . I would highly recommend their services . The next time I am in town I will have them take me to see the giant sequoias !

Has a great time! My wife and I took our 10-year-old special needs son (autism + ADHD) on a tour around San Francisco and Muir Woods with a stop at the Marin Highlands for some spectacular views. Eric shared interesting facts and stories all along the way, to the point where our son (who normally doesn't interact with strangers) was asking him questions! When our son saw the skyscrapers he asked, "Can we go up in a really high elevator?" (he's fascinated by elevators nowadays). Eric thought for a few seconds, then said knew just the place. We ended up going to a very tall public building, taking the kid up the elevator while Eric waiting in the SUV, and finishing up with a really happy kid 🙂 We greatly appreciated Eric's flexibility, his friendliness, and his knowledge. Our trip was only a few days ago but honestly I wouldn't mind doing it again next week -- but I think we'll save our next tour with him for Yosemite!

On a recent San Francisco trip, I brought my 3 grandchildren (ages 19, 26 and 27.). After a lot of research , we decided to use Eric’s VIP Private Tours, for two days! We are very happy to recommend him and let others know how accommodating, informative, and nice he was to us.

The first day we had a 5 hour private city tour, and the second day, we went up into Muir Woods, then to the top of incredible Mount Tamalpais. After that we were wanting to go to Stinson Beach, Point Reyes Lighthouse, and see other beautiful sights along the way! Followed up by stopping for a late lunch/early dinner in Sausalito, and then, with perfect timing we caught the most stunning sunset at the Hawk Hill lookout point, up Marin Headlands! What a way to end an incredible day! He was so accommodating!
Originally we were unsure if we wanted to go north to Muir Woods and Stinson Beach, etc….or go down to Carmel, Big Sur, etc. Eric was so accommodating to make both tours be what we wanted them to be, and he went out of his way to include the things that were important to us! He made stops we requested for photos, took some great photos for us, and was able to have great conversation with us all. He went out of his way to make this OUR special tour! We started the trip with a stranger, and by the end….felt like we had made a new friend.

If u are looking for a tour off the beaten path or beyond just the tourist areas, Eric is the person that can take u there!

We are visited San Francisco this week and started our first day out with a personal guided tour of San Francisco with Eric's VIP Tours. We had a wonderful time and so glad we decided on this service. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional. He took us to so many places that we would never have thought to go. He even helped us map out our other days in SF. The tour was over seven hours and included stops all along the city including Muir Woods, Twin peaks, up close and personal views of the Gloden Gate bridge. He also suggested a lovely restaurant in Sausalito for lunch, note lunch is not included in price of tour. Our family was very pleased with the whole day and we would highly recommend Eric!

We recently had a private tour with Katya. My husband and I are natives of the San Francisco Bay area. We had some friends visiting from Houston for three days and they wanted to cover a lot of ground. We reached out to Eric and he scheduled us with Kaake. She picked us up at Pier 39 after we had come back from another tour to Alcatraz and, we saw everything that we could’ve possibly have hoped to see the amount of ground. We covered in four hours was phenomenal. Kaake was phenomenal in her knowledge of the city and its History. I cannot recommend her enough. We really had the best time and felt it was well worth the money spent I would definitely use this service again. Thank you for such a wonderful day. Really so memorable.
