Good Day. I got the chance to work with Erin's Pavillion for an organizational meeting of approximately 70 people. On top of a wonderful scenic view, I am unequivocally huge on customer service. Mrs. Robyn and Mrs. April were a sheer delight to work with. From logistics, prompt responses via email, and the ability to be flexible, were outstanding. I mention customer service because professionalism fused with friendliness ignites the fire to return; to have these types of attributes is synonymous to finding a treasure box when doing business. Ms. Tammy also helped with coordination and volunteered to take a group picture of all who participated. As I sit at my desk going over all of the surveys that were submitted from staff for feedback, obtaining close to five stars when reviewing Erin's Pavillion is a huge plus. To that end do we say thank you for a beautiful and friendly experience.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here on June 11th and we are SO glad that we did!! The staff was so polite, helpful, friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Tammy did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the planning process and helping us to decorate the space! The space itself is large, beautiful, clean, and great for events of all kinds. The outdoor areas are gorgeous and well-kept and made for a great area to take photos. I would recommend this facility again and again!!

Have hosted multiple educational workshops at Erin's over the past 2 years. The venue is gorgeous and it being a part Southwind park makes it perfect to be able to enjoy the park as needed during break times. They have a great setup with audio/visual recently upgraded. They have a large space as well, or you can have the room divided to fit your needs for smaller groups. I have to say, my favorite part about working with Erin's is working closely with Tammy! Tammy has excellent attention to detail, asks the important questions you may have not even thought of, and is extremely patient and overall a joy to work with. This is the best place for your event needs and will always be my #1 recommendation!
