As an owner of a business and someone who teaches leadership and service related classes at University level I was over the top impressed with the service aspects from multiple departments on my 3-day visit. I was extremely impressed with Kevin a team member who works in the lobby bar. I noted to him that he had a particular level of delivery that took the client vendor relationship off the table and made it more about a partnership and relationship between himself and each patron. He immediately introduced himself and asked for their name before he took an order which took the entire business Style relationship off the table. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and experiencing all the different venues and aspects. The training that has gone on in this place is impressive and it must be something you should experience

What a beautiful property with friendly team members! We especially enjoyed our service and food at the Trading Post. Alexis made the most delicious cappuccino for our breakfast. We really liked the espresso they used! Elias made us an excellent avocado toast. Both of these gentlemen were very welcoming and helpful with explaining their menu items and brands they carry in their shop. Highly recommend stopping here during your stay!

Such an incredible experience! The amenities are stunning and ambience is spot on. There was exceptional service, and the food was amazing, making it a truly memorable stay. Natalie at the front desk was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in and throughout our entire stay! You’re lucky if you call the front desk and she answer, she gets things done! 10/10!!

Stayed over here as part of a buss trip. The grounds are nice and provide a relaxing vibe. During the chilly May month it was too cold to enjoy the evening more but I can imagine in the summer it must be rather nice. I loved the lobby layout, it looked fantastic with the fire in the middle. Staff were friendly everywhere. Parking expensive at almost 50$ to put just your car I find it exaggerated. There is breakfast available and a small shop for things on the go in case you need something. There was a wedding or something like that ongoing but that didn’t bother. I took in room dining some fish and it tasted great. For walking around you need your room card with you, as for every corridor you cross you need to scan your room card otherwise the door won’t open. A bit annoying if you need to cross 3-4 corridors and forgot your card (if one door was open or held open for you, and you realise after you forgot your card you are trapped in the middle). My biggest complaint however is that even though I had asked a quiet room, I was given a room facing the parking lot and not only that, the ventilation system in the room was so loud I have never had in any hotel. I slept with my noise cancellation headphones on. My colleagues in the neighbouring room had the same issue. Terrible and never again. Room 375.

We picked this hotel because of its location close to the LionTree Arena where we were watching basketball games. The hotel is a beautiful facility with a very helpful, friendly staff. Our room was very nice: clean. quiet, well maintained, sufficient lighting…..particularly liked the sitting area around the table. The facility is gorgeous!!!

This is one of the most gorgeous places we have ever been. The landscaping and setting are beautiful, and make you feel like you're in another world. The service is extraordinary as well. We had the same server for breakfast three days in a row - Karina - and felt like we were being pampered every morning.

Beautiful grounds. Rooms are modern and clean, however the walls are very thin- you can hear the slightest bit of noise. Room service needs better attention - expect to wait 1-2 hours for your meal.

There are many things. First I have to say the location is pretty good. However that's probably the only good thing.

The room does not have a decent size desk. Beds are super uncomfortable (the worst I have ever experienced in the past decade), parking tickets are not working reliably and wasted at least one hour of my time.

Service quality is ok, but very slow everywhere including the front desk, bakery shop and restaurant.
