Store looks clean and tidy

Overpriced compare to other stores not too far so i’ve left without getting anything

I was in the store for about 10-15 minutes without being ask or offered any help

Currently staying in Manhattan and this was the nearest beauty supply. A little overpriced compared to Queens and Brooklyn stores but the customer service is probably the best I’ve seen from beauty supplies in the city. The gentleman in the front seems rather knowledgeable about haircare, is attentive unlike most beauty supply employees, and made recommendations based on my condition. The owner is rather patient and great at multitasking too. A lot of products too ranging from affordable to high end, big brand to independent brands. I will make this one of my go-to supply stores simply because the environment is superb, it balances the prices out haha.

I love this beauty supply store they have so much inventory here. It’s open till 9 pm and the people that work here are very helpful and kind. I love all the cool accessories this store has I can spend hours here!

Just the same lowest price I could find online with everything I needed. Utensils and disposable products seem even cheaper. The staffs were also very helpful with great customer service, there was a small mistake on my receipt and they fixed it right when I came back. I'm definitely visiting again.

bought a towel for $4.35 and got charged for $43.50 on my credit card, called the store 30 minutes after and they told me they had no idea what i was talking about and that i had to come back in to correct the mistake that they made on their end. manager on the line was rude and not helpful, and when i came in, they told me they had to check the video cameras for “proof” and because the video cameras were broken right now, couldn’t refund me until they got them fixed. terrible level of customer service for a mistake on their end that i shouldn’t have been asked to come in again about, and once i did come back in they couldn’t even fix the problem. manager even had the audacity to ask me to come in AGAIN later for what should’ve been an easy refund and fix over the phone. i’ve literally never had a worse experience at any store in my life. DO NOT COME HERE.

This store has been my go to beauty supply lately! The variety from skincare essentials to makeup must-haves is amazing.

As I was looking through their wig section i found an immense selection of great styles and lengths. I found myself having a hard time deciding. Fortunately, Kadisha, a knowledgeable and patient staff member graciously guided me through the selection process, offering valuable insights and recommendations along the way.

With Kadisha's assistance, I left Eve’s Beauty feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase.
10/10 would recommend a visit to Eve’s!

Don’t come here. The moment you enter the store, they start hunting you down like you are a criminal. I couldn’t even purchase the wig I wanted because one of the employees was watching me at every moment. Prior to closing, she asks me if I need help finding anything else, but when two white women entered the store, she didn’t address them.

The store manager is also a racist. A Chinese lady. One day I was purchasing a hair gel, and she was convinced that I was going to steal it although she was right in front of me at the cash register! Never coming back here again. If you are a person of color, stay away. They will stalk you!

They're very nice and helpful at the store, but it is so overpriced even for NYC standards. Over $30 for one bottle of top coat when I can get a set of the same brand for $10 online.
