We worked with Watson one other time when we first came to Florida in 2004. We chose to work with Eve Metlis as she lived in the condos behind mine, different Associations. I met her out walking our dogs one day and learned from others in the neighborhood she was a realtor. I knew that if we ever sold our condo I was going to use this lady way back then. I have recommended her to others for the sale of their condos too. We were very pleased with her expertise at knowing the area and market. From start to finish she is on top of everything. She has a great staff and extremely helpful with our questions. We were only on market for 20 days and had three bids, and a fourth after that. The process went very well, the closing was easy.
