Previously gave 5 star review, unfortunately I have to downgrade it.

I've never had any issues with delivery I should start with, always prompt and on time and being able to return it in the first year is very reasonable.

I purchased the original hybrid a month after they were taken over by Benson for beds. I contacted them to ask them if it's changed the mattress since as I wanted another as I was very happy with the one we had. They refused to shed any light beyond saying it changed specification on the day they were taken over, which seems highly unlikely. I've now had the second mattress delivered and it's not the same. It's not bad but compared to the other that was ideal it's disappointing.

Had they just communicated openly they'd avoided the expense of delivering it, sorting out a pick up and now having to sell it second hand, and I'd have saved myself the bother. It was the highest score on Which? I don't know why they would change it. Also, it's pretty misleading to call it the 'original' hybrid when it's not the original formulation at all.

Do not buy, mattress will be fine for a year or so but after that all support goes and mattress sags. Terrible product, company should be stopped from trading.

Absolutely dreadful service. I wish I had read these reviews first as I would never have ordered from this awful company. I ordered two mattresses on 04/09 with a guaranteed delivery of 08/09. I took the day off and nothing arrived. Then got told there was an error at the warehouse and they would be delievered on 09/09/22. I took another day off and only one mattress arrived. I have no idea where the other mattress is and of course you cannot phone anyone. You can only email and they don't respond on the same day. I would urge anyone reading this to save yourself a lot of grief and DO NOT order anything from Eve Sleep. They are terrible in every possible way.

We have waited over a month for a brand new mattress to be collected.

We've had 4x collection cancellations which is more than inconvenient organizing work from home days for nothing to occur.

Eve sleep do not supply a contact number, just a generic robot email with no response rate. So no positive communication has been received to date.

I would avoid at all costs. Do not recommend.

The worst customer service for any company I have ever bought from. I paid £19 extra to get a named day delivery. They said I should be in between 8 am and 6 pm. I waited inside all day and did not hear a single thing. At 4 pm I received an automated email saying the item had been delivered. DX, the delivery company, said I should contact Eve to launch an investigation. Eve have no phone number and do not respond to emails. I still have no mattress in my new flat and I am £519 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Eve has still not responded to me and I will be reporting this company to the Ombudsman.

After receiving the warm:cool duvet I realised it was not what I was looking for. My initial returns request was on the day of delivery, and despite following up twice since then I have not received any responses from Eve Sleep nearly a month later. Seems like their customer service team is non-existent. Don't spend your money on any of their products as you won't be getting it back if it doesn't suit!

I wish I had checked reviews for this company as there are a lot of people complaining about their lack of communication. I now have no hope of having a better experience than those who say they are a terrible company.
I have purchased a mattress via finance, received an email from the finance company, put my card details in, filled in the direct debit form, signed it only to be redirected to a page that doesn’t work. Haven’t received any other confirmation from them, money for the deposit have left my bank account already. Paid £20 for specific day delivery which has now gone, emailed them 3 days before the delivery date in hope that I will get an update on what’s going on with my order. There has been no reply yet and I am hoping I can get the deposit money back. Wish there was a 0 star review option.
I would avoid buying from this company at any cost. There is no way of contacting them other than email which they don’t seem to bother to reply which now makes sense if you are a terrible company that only takes the money from customers and doesn’t bother answering your questions.
Once again, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Tried to place an order online - issue with companies payment system and did not receive confirmation. Company have taken significant funds from my account and unable to make contact to get my money back - gone to bank but this will take 45 days to process chargeback. Don’t use this company - no integrity and no customer service
