This hotel is a brilliant stop for visiting Miami. It is comfortable with really supportive staff and a great little restaurant area. The food is based on healthy options for those on a healthy lifestyle.

Flavoured water is on tap all day in Reception. The shuttle for the airport runs every hour and the drivers are friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a workout area in one corner and about 8 workout channels to follow along with.

The pool area is lovely with some comfortable loungers if you want to spend a day by the pool

Access to the railway system is easy via the shuttle or you can walk it in about 8 minutes. Most of Miami and the beaches can be accessed via the rail system. Quicker than using taxis as the traffic is heavy every day.

Fantastic stop for visiting Miami all areas and beaches.

Really enjoyed the stop here. The bar at night was pleasant and Evelyn was an amazing bar host. Thank you for looking after us so well.

My friend and I stayed at EVEN Miami Airport for UMF. The hotel was busy but they were organized and accommodating. I arrived much earlier than check in, but they allowed me to use the pool and other facilities without hesitation while I waited for my friend and for the room to be ready. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom had what we needed. There is a message board in the room that I used to write a birthday message to my friend (this was a really nice touch). There isn't much around the hotel in terms of dining/shopping...but the hotel is a 10-15 minutes drive from Brickell and other cool areas. There is also public transportation and an airport shuttle.

Easy and convenient location for airport transfer. Have a shuttle service to the cruise ports available for $15 a person. Great value.

Room wasn’t what was pictured in my reservation and the receptionist just said that it’s what we paid for. So, we’d recommend making sure the pics are an accurate description or some type of reimbursement should happen. The hotel receptionists were very friendly, although like we mentioned the room wasn’t what we thought we paid for.

The weight room is wonderful. Really great options and variety. A good draw for a hotel this size. The pool is good. Recommend more seating - especially because people didn’t have enough space to sit. Super noisy by the pool with all the airplanes flying overhead but not the hotel’s fault.

We also recommend knowing the restaurants in the area a little better just because there are not a lot of options nearby. So, knowing which ones are close options for walking is a nice advantage.

The hotel restaurant is hit or miss. The evening meal we had there was good. Service friendly. The next day, we had a late lunch and waited over an hour to be served. All we ordered was a burger and salad. There were about six other people in the restaurant, it was about 1pm. When we received the salad it was warm. Not a place we’d seek as a destination restaurant for sure.

This was my first time staying with Even Hotel, overall a great experience. We caught the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel and that was an exhausting experience! The track my shuttle app was a bit confusing so we had to flag down the driver fighting the dangerous Miami airport traffic! We were told we would be able to get an early check in and it appeared the entire overcrowded lobby of travelers were told the same thing which wasn’t available. We waited from 11am until 230 pm. To pass things by we sat at the restaurant once it reopened and Miguel made our wait so much better!! Great customer service with a warm and inviting personality!! Everything else went smoothly even during the bomb scare with the bridge. That delayed us time to leave for our cruise but it was ok. The main suggestion I have is the restaurant/ bar should be open for lunch during the weekday along with the bar. Apparently no lunch or alcohol during the weekdays and alcohol is only offered for dinner. That was a huge disappointment for us vacationers! Overall this was a great stay and I’m happy I chose Even Hotel!

Hotels are good one day and then not so good next time. We have usually received good value from IHG hotels so we're members. Air conditioner volume was the same as most hotels. Everything was fine for us except eating in the restaurant. I simply asked if they had non alcoholic beer and I was served one. Luckily the Heineken wasn't bad. Service seemed a little slow, had to go ask for the bill when we were finished. Apparently they have a problem with guests leaving a tip for the staff because they automatically add 18%. We generally tip 15-20% depending on service and I would have given 15% based on this service. They need to let people know it's an AUTOMATIC GRATUITY ADDED to the check. I'm sure people miss that. When they hand you the receipt with the pen to sign, the tip area is left blank and I'd bet many guests double tip. We were surprised the Cuban sandwich was so dry. Great side salad. The wings were wings.

We stayed at this hotel the night after returning from a cruise. It was wonderful, I wish we would have stayed here the night before our cruise as well. We were able to check in early, the amenities were well taken care of, and the rooms were clean and spacious. There was a free airport shuttle that operated every half hour. The only downside was that we wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, but it was so busy that night we decided to order delivery instead. But the menu looked delicious. Maybe next time!

We stayed here for 9 days. We were transported to the rail station daily where we could get to any part of Miami cheaply and quickly. You don’t need a car if you stay here.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food is great and if you are following a wellness program you can continue it in this hotel. The shuttle drivers are so good

The good: Convenient to MIA airport. The bed was comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite. It was not that sweet. I assume they call an extra large sparsely furnished room with a kitchenette a suite. Not a separate bedroom with living room.

Needs to do better: Door to bathroom would not close, it was coming off the top hinge. There are dirty finger prints on the bathroom door There is an odd orange chair stuck back in an odd alcove that is do dirty I wouldn't sit in it. There is what looks like notes and drawing of where they thought they might put the kitchenette on the wall of the alcove. $4.00 + tax for 12 oz bottle of water, Really?
