Jacky did a fantastic job planning our wedding. We elected for the full planning package so she was with us through the whole planning process. Our wedding turned out beautiful without any hiccups. I highly recommend her and her team for any of your event planning needs

Jacky and her team are fantastic to work with and we’re basically looking for another opportunity now to work with them again. We used their full planning option for both day-of planning services as well as help navigating vendor choices in the lead up to our wedding. Jacky held our hands for the duration of the 14 months we spent planning and deciding, and the outcome was absolutely better than we could have ever expected. On the night of our ceremony, Jacky and Ebony went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy and helped us with everything from filling out our marriage certificate to assisting with our sparkler exit. It was so fun that I wish we could do it again, and if we could, we’d only do it with Event Success again!

My husband and I hired Event Success to coordinate our wedding week in May 2023 at the Washington Athletic Club in downtown Seattle. Jacky was professional and knowledgeable and helped us iron out all of the details for our wedding day. She helped us develop a wedding day timeline, communicate with all of our vendors, troubleshoot mishaps, and so much more. Jacky is an incredible coordinator and planner. Jacky did a phenomenal job in helping us coordinate our wedding celebration and I don't think it would have come together as well as it did without her assistance. She was always on top of things, contacting us whenever there were important decisions to be made or sharing updates on what the next steps should be even if we were behind at times due to other ongoing aspects of life. I'd highly recommend Event Success for any of your planning needs - wonderful to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire again if we ever need to coordinate a large event.

We got married last July at JM Cellars and Jacky was a massive help the day of our wedding making sure we got to enjoy the day while she took care of all logistics! Leading up to the wedding she made sure that we felt comfortable with the layout of the venue (which I swear she knows by heart) and made sure the day was run as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a day of coordinator for your wedding, we highly recommend Jacky and the NW Event Success team!

Jacky Grotle and her team at Event Success are as good as it gets. From start to finish, this team does not miss a beat. Not only have they done my wedding, but they did my sisters and I believe 8 or 9 of my other friends weddings. If that doesn't say enough about them, I don't know what will. Jacky (the owner) keeps you on track from day one of planning your wedding, which can otherwise be very stressful. She celebrates the excitement of planning your wedding and keeps you calm and excited through the whole thing rather than feeling overwhelmed. She is patient, and does a great job of listening to what you want. She really is family by the end on your wedding day! This lady gets the job done better than I could have ever wished for. If you think it stops right there, you're wrong. Jacky has continued to make us feel special even a year after our wedding date. She just sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our 1 year anniversary, and did several things on our wedding day and honeymoon that were so thoughtful. She truly never fails to amaze my entire family and friends. Thank you Jacky and team! You helped make our wedding all that it was and we are forever grateful for you for that. We will continue to shout your praises wherever we can!
