There are not enough words to describe the amount of joy (and relief) that Jessica of Eventful Moments has brought us.
We decided to book a partial planner to help guide us through the wedding planning process and Jessica did so much more than that. Our vision and wedding of our dreams came to life because of her and the team at Eventful Moments.
If there were any issues the day of the wedding, we did not know about them; and, we had several of our friends and family tell us how amazing Jessica was.
She is easy to communicate with, so freaking organized, and just an all-around kind person.
We're so happy with our decision and cannot say enough how much we loved our wedding day, mostly because Jessica made it all happen.

It may sound cliche but it's so true... Sarah was the best decision we made for our wedding.

Her experience in the industry, combined with her well connected vendor relationships, and her professionalism made working together not just easy, but so much fun! It's been a few months since the wedding and we honestly miss Sarah (not just working with her, but we just miss her lol).

Through one or two short conversations, Sarah was able to take our disorganized brain dump of ideas and build a full design presentation that was everything we imagined (and things we didn't imagine) but everything hit all the marks dead on!

Sarah is extremely organized and responsive. We never had to follow up with her on anything. And on top of that, she is very proactive when it came to vendor management. When she sensed there was conflict with one vendor, she had already checked with other vendors in the background and brought them up the speed in case we needed to pivot and change vendors.

As a gay couple, weddings can be tricky to navigate especially when there's lots of labels like bride and groom, bridesmaids and bridal party. Sarah never once let either one of us feel like the "bride". She was very conscious and used terms like wedding party and grooms. Whether it was emails, vendor forms and correspondence, timeline docs, etc., Sarah ensured we both felt represented the way we wanted.

At the very least, you should have a consultation with her. We knew immediately after speaking with Sarah she was the one (and we already had gone through a few consultations at that point).

If you're on the fence or unsure, we hope this review can help encourage you to hire Sarah and her team. You won't be disappointed and every moment you spend with Sarah will be eventful.

Jessica is the BEST!! We booked a partial planning package with her/Eventful Moments for our July 2023 wedding at The Admiral's House. As the venue required us to bring everything in, I knew I wanted to work with someone who was familiar with all the nuances of the space. Enter Jessica, and from our first call she was immediately super well-prepared and had a warm, friendly personality that will put anyone at ease. As someone who is Type A and a bit of a perfectionist, this is exactly what I needed to ease my stress and provide guidance along the way.

I messaged Jessica many times throughout the 1.5 years leading up to our wedding and each time she responded incredibly quickly, thoroughly, and thoughtfully. She had great insights from her vast experience working weddings at our venue and elsewhere that really set us up for success, while also giving me the green light to personalize things in a way that worked for us!

I also met with Jessica in person a few times as was included in our partial planning package and each time, she arrived beyond prepared, took notes of our conversation, and delivered on follow-up items quickly. In addition, it was clear that she had excellent relationships with many of our vendors that she worked with often, which helped make planning all the more seamless.

On the day of the wedding, we ran consistently ahead of schedule which was a testament to her timeline and ability to keep things on track! Jessica made it clear to our vendors, wedding party, and family that she was the go-to point person for any issues or questions which allowed me to fully enjoy our wedding day - and not once did someone come to me directly! For the minor requests my husband or I brought up to Jessica throughout the day, she was able to address each ask quickly and with ease.

Our wedding day was 100% perfect and with the number of moving parts involved in a wedding, this is no easy feat! We couldn't have asked for anything more and Jessica's help each step of the way was indispensable in making that happen. THANK YOU Jessica!

Sarah and her team were absolutely incredible! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was as stress-free as possible throughout the planning process and thought of absolutely everything that we needed to figure out before the big day. The day was perfect and I didn’t have to think of a single thing because I knew Sarah and her team were on top of it! Highly recommend!!!

The one piece of advice we tell all of our newly engaged friends is to book a coordinator because of how amazing Jessica was. Jessica is so knowledgeable, kind, and organized. She is truly an expert and knows exactly what she’s doing! If there was one thing I could change about the wedding planning process, it would be to hire Jessica as a full coordinator rather than just a day-of coordinator because of how amazing she is!

Leading up to our wedding, Jessica asked us questions that we never would have thought of considering, created a detailed timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors, maintained constant communication, and made sure to make us feel like everything was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she was the go-to person and made sure that we could enjoy our wedding stress free. She made sure everything was set up properly, managed the arrivals of our different vendors, and handled unplanned changes to the timeline so gracefully.

We are so thankful Jessica was part of our wedding day and can’t thank her enough for her hard work and expertise!
