We have an annual Private Retailer Workshop for @300 retailers. It is an event that teaches 8 hands on classes. Food is provided, entertainment and much more. Sherrin and Lilia and team went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. They handled EVERYTHING!! I can not say enough about their attention to details and their professionalism.
The thing I appreciate most, they acted as if this was their own workshop, they became part of our family and really understood our company culture. We will use them again and again and will recommend them to anyone who wants a function done beautifully!

Our wedding weekend was perfect because of the Eventrics Wedding team. From the day I met them at the wedding expo, I knew I had to have them help me plan my wedding. We attended wedding they planned, and they were flawless. From the day we signed our contract, they were extremely helpful. They kept my wife and I organized with the excel sheets, deadlines, schedules and payments. They made some great recommendations for other vendors for us to use as well. I do not know where to even start with this wonderful team. We were skeptical about hiring a full-service event planner and were originally going to hire just a day of coordinator for our wedding because we thought we could handle the planning ourselves, but we felt a sense of ease from the second we talked to Brittany and knew that we needed to hire them as a full-service event planner, and I am so glad we did because the wedding would have been a hot mess without them. They used the Monday Platform to make sure we knew what tasks we needed to get done each month, which allowed us to be organized and confident throughout the wedding planning process. They were also in constant communication through the Monday board about these tasks and updated us with any pertinent information. They even brought up points that we would never have thought about or considered if we were doing the planning on our own, but they have tons of knowledge due to their past experiences. Our families said it was the most organized wedding that they have ever attended! EVERYTHING was on time, which as we know is rare for a South Asian event.
Since they have been in the event planning business for so long, they have very strong relationships with vendors, which helped us tremendously during our search for a DJ, HMU, food, and decor. Everyone they recommended to us ended up being amazing and the vendors themselves were happy to hear that Eventrics was our wedding planning team because they have always had a positive experience with them.
As I am sure all couples experience during wedding planning, we did have some hiccups along the way with our venue and vendors, but Eventrics was always right there by our side guiding us and assuring us that we will get through all the obstacles and have an amazing wedding and THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT! Trust me you want them on your side throughout this crazy journey you are about to start!

Cannot thank them enough!! Brittany and her team did an amazing job planning our fusion Indian American wedding this May. Our wedding was destination and Eventrics made it feel easy and stress free. The wedding was even more beautiful and fun than we ever could of dreamed of because of all of their help. I really appreciated how responsive Brittany was and how she kept me on time with the entire planning process. Coming from out of state we placed our trust in her vendor recommendations and could not be happier in how they all turned out. Planning a week long Indian wedding while still in professional school was a huge task I was extremely nervous to take on. I had read about Brittany and Eventrics on wedding websites when I started the planning process and knew right away that this would be the perfect fit. Never have I met more organized, sincere and kind people who truly put in every effort they have to make your event special. With busy schedules of organizing weddings every weekend, Brittany and Melinda were still so helpful and responsive. I wanted to be very hands on throughout the planning process and they literally catered to my every strange request and annoying email. Their timelines and attention to detail made every single one of our Indian wedding events FLAWLESS - everything started and ended on time without any hiccups (or even if there were, they did not let us know!). Our guests are STILL in awe at the entire weekend's organization and we were so relaxed the whole weekend. Melinda and Taylor never let us worry about even the slightest detail and put our comfort above all the other chaos happening at the wedding. We could not be happier with the entire weekend and are lucky to now call the wonderful people at Eventrics -Melinda, Taylor and Brittany, our friends.

Our wedding day was November 2, 2013. We got engaged in May of 2011 and hired Eventrics a year and a half before our wedding to help with planning and for help the day of the wedding. It has to be the best money we spent on our wedding. Eventrics helped us to create a timeline and a budget at least a year before the ceremony. They helped us to choose vendors and to stick to the budget. It almost seems foolish to me now that we could hope to plan a wedding by ourselves when we would do one in a lifetime and they do dozens. I honestly think Eventrics saved us enough with our vendors to cover what we paid them. We worked closely with Brittany, and we were very impressed with how educated she was with the constantly changing trends. She helped to insure that we spent our money wisely. Our expenses were for things we would remember and that would keep our wedding timeless, instead of wasting money on trendy, unimportant details that we wouldn’t remember and nobody would notice.
We relied on Eventrics much more than we imagined for advice and assistance during the full process of planning the wedding. In the weeks prior to the big day, we spoke to or emailed Brittany at least once a day. At no point during the planning were we overly stressed or overwhelmed. We were confident in Eventrics and in our vendors, and had no reason to worry. They managed all of the vendors and handled all of the problems for the day of the wedding and the day before. We heard from so many guests that Eventrics went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy and to solve issues that arose. In the days after the wedding, we were extremely surprised to find out how many issues or problems Eventrics had solved behind the scenes. They acted as a buffer between us and the vendors so we could enjoy our wedding. Even if we could have pulled off this event without them, there is no way we could have enjoyed the process or the wedding. Other than getting married, hiring these professionals was the best decision we made.

First I want to say Thank you so much to Brittany and Melinda at Eventrics Weddings! Trey and I got engaged in August 2015 and I instantly started my search for the perfect wedding planner. I am so glad I was able to have them help me through the year and half process, even though at times I was stressed they were there to help me calm down through the whole process. Trey and I got married on November 11, 2017 and Melinda was so attentive to everything we needed that day and to even make sure things went the way I had vision it. Having Melinda there on our wedding day made Trey and I enjoy our wedding day much more without the stress. I got to used to talking to Melinda on almost a daily or monthly basis and I truly felt like she was part of my family. She is so sweet and is very passionate about what she does and truly puts her heart into her work. Thank you both so much!!

If I could give Eventrics more than 5 stars I would! If you’re on the fence, HIRE them! They are the utmost professionals in their field and have everything covered down to the minute detail.

In the past we had hired 2 separate “event planners” for our very large workshop of 300+ attendees, each time the planner didn’t even show up to our event and left us holding the bag……not fun!

This last time, we hired Eventrics and it was an amazing experience! Sherrin took time out of her own schedule and came to our workshop last year to make sure she understood the scope of our event. She and her staff really care about their clients and will do everything in their power to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our guests were so impressed with how organized and well run everything was, which made us look great! Thank you Eventrics, looks like you’re hired for next year 😊
