Carin and Events Extraordinaire went above and beyond at every touch point throughout the year as we planned our bat mitzvah. Carin was flawless with all aspects of communication, helped us negotiate, recommended the best entertainment and decor for our budget. Our event was a WOW and it was because of this team. More importantly, we were able to enjoy the special weekend with our family and guests because of Carin’s expert planning. We can’t recommend her expertise and all she brings to the table enough!

Carin and her team helped us plan the event from concept to implementation, and contributed many valuable ideas that made the event more memorable and special. I worked with Carin in planning my son’s November Bar Mitzvah. We purchased the full package and was truly blown with everything. Carin and her team left no stone unturned. Her attention to detail showed and the evening was beyond anything I could have imagined. She took our vision and made the event absolutely perfect.

Our theme was travel and even with the compass escort cards, Carin ensured my son’s event was individual to his personality. She helped with her suggestions at the tasting and even helped with names for our drinks.

Carin stayed through the entire event ensuring everything went smoothly and if there were any issues, I never knew. At the end of the evening, she had everything bagged and ready for us so we were not scrambling to gather our belongings.

When I started thinking about planning for my twins' B'nai Mitzvah, I knew I would need some help. I have always planned themed birthday parties for them, but knew our event would take this to a different level. My kids had specific, and not always similar, ideas of what they wanted and I didn't have the bandwidth or vendor list to make this all happen myself. I interviewed several planners and asked other vendors who they recommended. Carin's name was always at the top of the recommendations. Over our two years planning together, she kept me sane, led me in the right direction with all vendor selections, and gave me valuable information and feedback about the choices we were making. Carin allowed me to take a lead where I was comfortable and lean on her when I needed support. In the end, the pieces came together so well and my kids had the event they dreamed of.
