As a vendor myself, I've witnessed first hand her expertise in planning, communicating, and executing her events all without failure. Before Emily, I had a horrifying experience with another planner who sold us a whole bunch of lies. Emily was professional from the beginning. She created mood boards and a realistic budget even before we officially hired her. She was trustworthy and helped me the entire way. From planning to day of coordination, Emily goes above and beyond for her clients. She is worth every penny spent for the peace of mind that comes with working with her. Wish I would have found her earlier!

Eventsbyem was amazing! My husband and I were planning our wedding from across the country and she accommodated so much for us. Seriously, Emily and her team are who you need for ALL your wedding needs!! Emily kept us on track throughout our wedding planning process and it was just extremely helpful to bounce off ideas with her because she’s had so much experience in the wedding world. Emily and Tony were absolutely the piece of magic that made our wedding fire on all cylinders. I was indecisive about whether I should invest in a coordinator for the big day and was nervous because we were already 1 month away. I had seen Emily work another wedding of one of my best friends and with that wedding being so large compared to mine and seeing how she was keeping things running smoothly, I asked for her information and luckily it worked out and I booked her!
After our first phone call, i felt immediate relief. I had spent so many months trying to figure out every detail and determining how to execute on the wedding day was keeping me awake at night. Emily reassured that she would work on everything from there on out and I could finally sleep! She organized all of my details, called all of my vendors, coordinated with the venue and even helped create helpful resources for our wedding party, parents, and guests. I finally started to feel more excited for my wedding as opposed to stressed out about having to host a party.
On the rehearsal day, Emily and Tony helped us get everyone organized, and were open to any comments, suggestions and adjustments. Emily took charge and I didn’t have to feel like a people wrangler.
On the wedding day, Emily was a constant source of calm for me and helped me stay sane during a whirlwind of hair and makeup. She brought us coffee, had a Mary Poppins like emergency kit, and I wouldn’t have been able to get through the morning without her there looking out for me. She carved out time for Matt and I to have some peace and quiet before we got married and I am so grateful.
Before we knew it, we were married and we got to dance the night away. Emily and Tony had already taken and stored our decorations in our room so when it was time to leave, all we had to do was say goodbye. That’s it!
There are so many things in between the first call and the final hug that I wish I could list down to say how great Emily is, but I can’t write a novel. I highly recommend evntsbyem and cannot stress it enough, you will be so so grateful if you did.

Emily coordinated the luncheon for my mother’s celebration of life. She was super professional and prompt. She really helped our family by taking all of the stress out of producing this event at a challenging time. She arranged some decor nicely, set up the event space, coordinated delivery of the food, and overall allowed me to spend that time with my loved ones instead of worrying about hosting.
