TERRIBLE service! We paid for 3 rooms, we got there at check in time and only 1 room was ready, this is at 3 pm,we waited an hour 1/2 went down and checked with the employee behind the counter who was smoking weed in the room behind the office, and he just laughed at us. It is now 3 hours later and still only 1 room ready. He would not give us the managers name, nor was he wearing a name tag. I will NOT be staying at this hotel any longer, we have stayed here for 10 years when we come to LA.
