From our initial meeting Nicole listened with intent to understand our priorities, vision, and goals for the day. She connected us with vendors who not only fit our aesthetics and budget but were exceptional to work with. She brought our design to life with incredible continuity down to the smallest details. And most appreciated, the team handled everything on wedding weekend so there was virtually no stress for us or our families – it is such a privilege to just show up, enjoy, and leave at the end of a day that takes so much production.

We began working with Nicole and the Exhale Events team in November 2022 in preparation for our May 2024 Wedding. In the one and half years of working together I was constantly impressed by the team's work ethic, vision, and organization! Nicole truly listened, learned what was important to us on our wedding day, and executed perfectly. Her expertise and relationships in the industry greatly assisted us in working with dream vendors! Our wedding day was curated, with every design detail exactly as we had imagined. The "behind the scenes" work on our wedding day was what made the day absolutely flawless, my husband and I were able to be present, celebrate, and enjoy every moment, because of all that they were doing to ensure the day ran smoothly (and beautifully). Nicole and Team Exhale really delivered on our September wedding!!! The team exudes kindness, creativity and professionalism throughout the planning process. Nicole really got to know us and perfectly captured my vision through her design and made great vendor recs to match. She really listened to what was important to us about our wedding. I had nearly no stress during wedding weekend knowing that Nicole and her team were handling every detail. Our day went off perfectly and was everything we could’ve dreamed of!!!

Nicole and her team made our wedding the most magical and special day of our lives. I know everyone says that about their wedding day, but this truly was exceptional. Our planning process started almost 2.5 years ahead of the “big day” due to my new hubby & i’s challenging work schedule. We wanted to secure a wedding planner who was able to help us plan something special while also accommodating our difficult work schedules. This was great because it allowed for Nicole and her team to secure the best vendors way in advance, but also took a lot of the typical wedding stressors out of the early stages of planning. Most of the “hard work” was done about 18 months ahead of the wedding date which let us relax and enjoy the wedding process. As we got closer to the big day, Nicole was my new best friend! I called or texted her with fun ideas weekly, to which she always responded promptly and excitedly. Nicole and her team made the process extremely relaxing and enjoyable. She led most of the design as I trusted her vision, and when we walked into the reception room I was SO excited to see all of the beautiful flowers and candles for our space. Nicole and her team know how to advocate for their couples, which is so incredibly important as we know everyone has opinions (good and bad) when wedding planning. Nicole helped us confront any challenges confidently. Aside from choosing each other, choosing Team Exhale was the best decision we have ever made!
