From the very beginning, speaking with Briana online and then meeting John to see the apartment, and follow up conversations, everything has been wonderful! A very smooth and easy process! The apartment was clean and well taken care of. They could not have been more helpful!

Moving in was an easy process. John helps in anyway he can asap, which is really nice. For the most part it's pretty quiet, no problems which is surprising with the college right there but we have had a great experience so far.

Just moved in a few weeks ago. John has been very informative on anything I ask, and was very helpful during the signing of the lease. When we first came to look at the apartment he stayed late for us because we live an hour away. It was fairly clean (im a clean the walls and doors type of person so I'm a little rough on judging cleanliness). Moving in was easy, and he made sure to text us to see how we were moving in and adjusting. Just recently I needed paperwork filled out to continue receiving some benefits and he was very fast on coming to fill it out for me....less than 24 hrs. Im very happy so far. My only complaint is how I can hear everything outside, but I'm also from the middle of nowhere in the country so this is very new to me. This is city for me so it's gonna take a bit to adjust. I have a 3 month lease at the moment and I'll update my review when it comes time to renew to a 1 year if we decide to.

John has been an absolutely amazing landlord. He was so informative throughout the entire application process and lease signing. We’ve been here 3 months now and have one had one small issue at no fault of theirs, just some wear and tear, and we put in a request and it was fixed the next day. Moving in was super convenient, and John even texted us to make sure everything was good with the unit and that we were happy! Every communication we’ve ever had with him has been so pleasant. We originally signed a 3 month lease but are extremely pleased to be resigning for a year. The unit itself is also great, really clean and well kept, and the area is always taken care of. We have an 8 month old and this is 100% a place we feel comfortable raising her.

This being mine and my girlfriends first apartment together and moving to a new area we had found an apartment and when we met John he had offered us a lot of help and genuinely asked us how we were. John seems to be very caring for his tenants and I appreciate that. The apartment we are is in very nice and well kept.

Terrible experience living in an apartment managed by John King who was extremely rude and unable to communicate with tenants in any appropriate manner. Do not trust the most likely paid for good reviews and don’t expect to receive a security deposit back.
