supposedly smoking is not allowed in the hotel yet rooms smell like ashtrays 🙁

beds, futons, chairs everything is old, and covered in stains

If the weather is not bad, you may be better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

the management will probably reply with something generic but they won't change anything in the rooms

on the other hand it is a cheap 2 🌟 hotel. Any upgrade will increase the price ...

Clean sheets and rooms with fresh air would be nice. After guests leave please open the windows and get some air circulation to get rid of the cigarette stink

I had many issues with my stay. My room was not properly cleaned before I checked in. The floor hadn't been swept, there was dust everywhere, hair on the towels, stains on the blanket, liquid rings on the surfaces, and weirdly enough, my iron smelled like cigarettes when I used the steam.

Getting another room wouldn't have been an issue, but there were consistent wifi issues throughout the hotel during my stay, and I needed it for work. So I ended up checking out early.

The manager is very difficult to reach so don't bother. I've tried and they were either not working that day, or had left work early. If you can, spend a little more money for your peace of mind and stay at the Hampton Inn 10 minutes away.

Stayed here for the first time this week. Couldn’t have been happier. Rate is $100-$200 less expensive than similar hotels nearby and just as good if not better. The gals on the check in desk were friendly and efficient. There’s 4 washers and 4 dryers right off the lobby that can be used 24/7. Only “complaint” I have is that they only had flavored creamer for the coffee-LOL. Will definitely stay again

I picked this location because it was near the places I wanted to visit and when i checked in my room, The 1st room the sofa was really dirty and had a bad smell. I did let the front desk know. The WIFI wasn't very stable and the breakfast was just ok nothing to fill you up.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It?s going thru renovations. It stinks horribly in the hallway and it says pets are welcome but they don?t tell you that they charge $25 a day. We cancelled after one night and went to the Hampton.

The staff was great!! The room was just okay. The pictures online were misleading. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. It was what we paided for. The location was great. We had an unsusal circumstcirc and the staff was very understanding and helpful. They were by far the part of our stay.

Bathroom has mold in it.
They charge for towels if u need more What are I serious. Priceline has it as a 2.5 star. It’s not. It’s a 2 at best. U know how the saying goes. U get what u pay for

The worst unprofessional service/ concierge ever, for us, in the USA. The room was smelly, noisy, the morning coffee was non-existent by 8am, the concierge was "new and not properly trained"; she gave us wrong information about our checkin and checkout, and as a result we lost $400. Please do yourself good and find another place to crash for the night. We would give zero stars to this place if possible
