Anthony, Wow! He gave exceptional service at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and informative. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Very efficient in letting me know all the hotel information. I didn’t even have to ask. I also decided to extend my stay! He was very accommodating and because of this quality service. I will gladly recommend your hotel. He goes above and beyond his job requirements and his voice is an absolute delight. People like him are very rare and should be rewarded and appreciated. Decent stay, great value for the price. We had a deluxe studio with multiple beds, and the room was very spacious, clean, comfy and nicely organized. Breakfast was simple, with coffee, granola bars, hard boiled eggs, oranges, instant oatmeal packets and yogurt. I don’t mind at all not having more variety or options at the breakfast. But I would have appreciated if the management could have at least provided some basic stuff like plates, bowls, salt & pepper, milk, etc. Having to have instant oatmeal in a coffee cup with warm water, or cold boiled eggs without salt & pepper is weird !

My room smelled like old cheeseburgers. My bedroom lights did not work. The soap was pathetic and cheaper than jail soap. And there was no fruit for breakfast. Worst hotel stay of my life.

Positive: The size of the room. Negative: There was no "breakfast", only 2 small chocolate muffins, a coffee machine and granola bars, with 2 hrs to go. No juice, cereal, fruit. Breakfast was why we chose this facility. Quite disappointing. Also, no washcloths.

When I checked in, my room smelled strongly of fresh smoke. The front desk staff was very pleasant and promptly switched me to a new room, which was an improvement. However, the new room was lacking basic amenities—no hangers, no body wash, conditioner, or soap, and no coffee provided. The WiFi was also unreliable. Just be aware of these limitations when booking this place.

Upon entering the room, we found cockroaches near the bed. There were ladybugs on the walls and other insects along with dirt in the corners. The hallways smelled bad and were incredibly filthy. Therefore, we left the hotel about 20 minutes after arriving and went to another one.

Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

They are all on top of everything
The front desk BArb is always pleasant & professional, She told us the fine point with our pets (2 dogs) and is always readily helpful for any request.
The room maids are likewise very dedicated Tammy et al is on top of everything and quick to make your stay pleasant.
We have 2 dogs and my wife & I are greatful for their help
and kindness.

For a budget stay it's OK. Definitely wont take my family there again. Breakfast was literally hardboiled eggs in a bag. Floors were filthy in the room. Our 6 year old took a bath and within minutes, the bottom of her feet were pitch black from the dirty floors. Staff was friendly and helpful.
