Update #2 it's 6:06am and th3 fire alarm is going off. I'm going to just leave.
Update: The hotel gave a great response, but there is NO way for them to think this situation is an outlier. They have a cleaning staff, and every hotel room should be checked periodically anyway. Also, when they had these cheap windows installed, I'm sure they were told about the quality. They won't fix anything, so if you stay here, just know the truth. There is a hotel 6 minutes away on the other side of the street. The price is the same as this and you get breakfast and less noise.

The front desk person was great, the room was clean with decent wifi and great heat.

The hotel is next to a highway, and the windows do NOT stop any of the sound. It was so bad that I thought the windows were open. There's no soap, shampoo, etc, or any kitchen supplies. The drawer front fell off in my hand when I tried to open it, and the microwave did not have the plate for spinning the food.
It is pet friendly and the fee is very reasonable. We a driving through and only staying for one night, so a warm bed and hot water is all we needed, and it was all we got.

I had to come in late. There was a deaf couple before me struggling. I used the hotel phone to get help, typed, with them on the cell, and used the little sign language I know.
The nicest young man Virgil came and was so kind with a huge smile. Standing 6.5 feet tall. He was so helpful with the handicap couple and patient. It warmed my heart ❤️ how kind he was! Once done, he was fantastic with me. The world needs more exceptional people like Virgil. Thank you for making a tough day and an amazing end.

The front desk person was great, wifi worked but weak, sheets were thinner than 1 ply toilet paper, parking was great if you had a truck or pulling a trailer, and the heat was great.
The hotel carpet in the hallway is dirty, the windows are so bad with noise that I thought they were open and the room wqs facing the highway, sleeping outside would have been more quiet. There's no soap, no kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. The drawer came off in my hand when I tried to open it, and the microwave didn't have a plate for spinning the food. This is a no frills hotel.
Overall, the stars are for the front desk worker and the heat. We were passing thru and needed a warm bed and hot water, and that is exactly what we got.

ESA is my go-to these days. I love having a kitchen in the room so I don't have to eat out every night when traveling. Great facilities onsite, but Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning between guests. I always feel the need to clean my floor again once I check-in because they don't seem to change their mop water often enough or something. Also, my only other issue is that you sometimes have to jump through hoops to get ahold of someone at the front desk, even during the day, but slim staffing is to be expected at this price point. I still stay here roughly 2 months out of the year (in total) coming up to visit family and such.

Me and my family checked in yesterday around 3pm. We left around 4pm to go to downtown and explore we came around 8pm. My wife is in the corner by the trash can talking about there’s a bug she shows me. Mind you we have a 2 year old daughter. I notice it’s a roach, then there’s another one coming out the wall killed that one. Called staff on site and they didn’t have any bug killer instead gave me alcohol. We told her we would like are refund for the next day because we’re not staying another night. She said that’s fine we would have to do it in the morning. Which is fine but We instantly packed and put are stuff in the car because NOOO. Then we left around 9:45ish bc we could not stop think about it just makes your skin crawl.We didn’t have great funds to get another hotel atm. So we tired to stay out late to really not be here all night! We end up coming back around 2:30am we were exhausted. We coming in the room I wanted to make sure they might of left bc of the alcohol NOOOO there were more, babies to be exactly. This is very unacceptable! Nobody should have to deal with this situation Especially when you come to a different state to visit.

Don't overnight here if you expect clean sheets. I don't mind if things are worn and not new, BUT, Does anyone ever clean this place The place doesnt seem to distinguish between pets allowed rooms and not. OR between resident rooms and over-nighters. Definitely NOT going back. But I've had to stay at worse. So two stars.

I would not stay here!!

Gm is very rude! This is a hotel, where families with their kids stay. We got one noise complaint due to our daughter hitting her head and crying. GM called the police stating me and my wife were arguing, and hitting each other, all while my wife is GONE PICKING UP A NEW CAR mind you! After showing officers the exact times she has been gone, and that she hasn’t been in the room. I asked the GM for her supervisor’s information and she rudely said we don’t give out that information, and I called bull and asked again and she straight up told the cop she wants to file for harassment.

This gm constantly changes our weekly rates, and when we ask for room service she refuses to have anyone come clean our room. Granite I clean every day, so all house keeping would need to do is give toilet paper, towels, and maybe a bed change if I didn’t happen to wash bedding myself. Waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning and going to the bathroom to see roaches everywhere is not okay! And when I talked with them about it, they said the pest control only comes and sprays 3-5 rooms every other month.

First room they booked us in had black mold all over the walls and bathroom ceiling. The kitchen sink dumped water all over the floor and they refused to fix it, half the wall outlets didn’t work, and so much more! I wish I would have taken pictures of it all!
