Very friendly and professional customer service which is extremely hard to find today. The room was immaculately clean. I have OCD when it comes to cleanliness so I was very impressed. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. No one loitering around. Very different from the last time I was there. Many stores, restaurants, grocery stores, etc around which is awesome! Love this Extended Stay Hotel Suites!

Arrived for one night stay. Got to my room wanted to have some coffee and a glass of water and relax and watch some TV. No cups no ice freeze a skunk like dead fish. Had to walk out of the building and 100 ft away from it to have a cigarette. But to my not surprise people can smoke marijuana in their bedrooms and we have to smell it in our non-smoking rooms. Staff was friendly enough room was clean enough except for the freezer. Oh one last thing the shower curtain was too short so when I was showering water went all over the floor. I could have spent a few more dollars and stayed at a brand name hotel with continental breakfast instead I got this. Which will never be that again!

Friedly staff. It's clear their goal is to make you feel at home. They have renovated. Very clean and fresh. They clearly care about the service they provide. Affordable and full of amenities. I am grateful that Extended Stay America Shelton exists. My recommendation to make our stay better would be accessible trash facilities. There's only one at the far, and I mean far, end of each floor. It's too long a trek. Seeing as we have to maintain our own rooms during our stay, they should make it easy for us to do so.

They did a very good job of addressing all issues that arose over the week. Had to stay here due to an evacuation for Milton and was able to work on the WiFi properly. Laundry services on-site was helpful. Pet friendly rooms.

Bed bugs!! Filthy towels, disgusting kitchen. No hot water. Shower didn’t work it sprayed the whole bathroom. Called the manager Mimi and nothing was done. My husband went down in the am to tell them. And all day he was gone for a wake and funeral for his sister. No cleaned or gave new towels. Fixed the shower. Never ever go there. Thank God I was only staying for the wake and funeral. The whole staff ignored the mess.

Workers are very good but the clientele is not good in my opinion. I stayed here in June. This individual with a vicious dog lived there. I had a very close encounter with said dog. Now in October I park to check in. The same individual with the same vicious dog was out front of the hotel. I commented to him on his dog. It wasn't a good conversation. He threatened to drop the dog leash , letting the dog loose. I checked in. Then I found another hotel so I checked out an hour later. While checking out I talked to a lady who also lived there. She agreed with me about the vicious dog. While I was there a Shelton Police was there to investigate a report of an abused dog.
I did not feel safe here and would not stay here again
