It’s a fun, lively place for kids to hang out and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere is energetic, making it a great spot for families. However, one suggestion would be to improve the seating for adults. While the kids are having fun, more comfortable seating would definitely have increased the odds of us staying longer.

Very expensive, almost every time we go, there are many games that are broken, and many others take your money but won't let you play, and when you ask for help, the workers seem soo bothered.. the help at the cafe is even worse. An older lady came and screamed at my son in law because he was sitting at the wrong table, instead of just telling him politely. We used to go a lot, but it's just become very unwelcoming that we would rather go to Dave n busters.. you pay just as much but they have a lot more to offer...

I’ll start by saying that my kiddo loves this place. It’s very fun for kids and you can’t get much better for Wasilla.

However, there is a lot of room for improvement. Although the staff is very nice and accommodating, the business seems to always be short staffed.

The sky lounge is open when it’s open. That’s it. There are no set hours, and despite me asking every time I go to the fun center, none of the staff ever have a solid answer as to the hours or when it will be opened.

Related to the sky lounge issue, the food court advertises a beer/pizza combo. However, they can’t honor the advertisement 90% of the time because the sky lounge is open.

Another issue is that several of their arcade games are out of order. I understand that with a high level of use, things are going to break, but some of them seem to always be broken every time we come. It seems to me the owners are deferring maintenance. With as much money is funneled into this place, I would assume they would have enough money to pay a technician to come fix them.

Additionally, I called the fun center to ask a question, and my call was never answered, despite calling multiple times.

Lastly, several times I’ve gone and asked for the bacon cheese fries only to be told that they don’t have them because they haven’t had the bacon for a long time. Not sure if the world ran out of pigs or what’s going on…

I’m not trying to complain, but I really don’t appreciate businesses who advertise certain features but can’t deliver on them. It’s a tactic to draw people into the business and spend money on false advertisement.

I realize this is a place for kids, and as mentioned, kids have a great time here. However, I believe there is room for improvement. Because of these reasons, I typically only bring the kids for an hour.

I would spend more time and money here if they would set solid operating hours for the sky lounge and honor them, and if they stocked their kitchen with the items on their menu.

Fun place to bring the kids and spend some time playing games, playing laser tag, and go-kart racing. Decent track, decent prices. Typical food for this kind of place — nothing fancy (pizzas, sandwiches, wings, etc). As is normal, play games and gather tickets (electronically) for prizes, but need a bazillion tix for anything half decent. Still a fun time.

My 9 yr old son always has a great time. Raceway can fill up on Saturdays. Renewing the waiver can take awhile especially when you bring a guest that's not your child. As long as you go willing to spend a good 1.5-2hr, it's all good.

Their VIP plan is awesome for military people! Great discounts for military and the VIP. You’ll get your moneys worth. Also if you’re looking to collect tickets while your kids enjoy themselves. Play Wizard of Oz! Quick 5000 if you collect all cards. Kids loved their XD Ride and Go Kart!

I got a red chip from the Wizard of Oz game. I asked the lady in the redemption room how much those were worth. She told me 200 points apiece. So the next time I went I spent $30 on the Wizard of Oz machine. I got eight red ones and 18 green ones. I was expecting over 1000 points. But the gentleman behind the counter said 300 and something. He said the red ones were only worth 50 points. I complain to management. I explained that the only reason I played that game and for that much money was because of what his employee had told me. He apologised for her ignorance and said there was nothing he could do. So the fact that I spent that much money on that machine because of what his employee told me is irrelevant. And I made a large stink about it. But it didn’t matter they didn’t do anything. I will never spend another dime in that establishment.

After getting a waiver on file it was super quick with no line. The staff were great. Although I’m giving 4 stars because quite a few games were out of service as well as the bowling alley. It would also be great for those coming from out of town if there was a way to see that certain things were reserved ahead of time to plan accordingly. Even with those things our experience was still pretty great as there was still plenty of other games/things to do.
