A wonderful hotel. Clean and comfy. Polite staff. There were fresh baked cookies at the front desk and we haven't seen that for a couple years, so that was very welcoming from my 2 growing boys.

This is a decent hotel, I travel for a living. I'm staying here a few weeks, I like the ease of getting on the expressway ,all the restaurants and stores just minutes away. No issues with parking, the rooms are clean and it had a modern vibe. The gym has some standard equipment, and there's a small indoor pool. Not a breakfast person but they do have a small buffet area each morning. If my company needs me in this area next month, I would definitely extend my stay.

Positive: The staff was excellent. Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable as was the room itself. There is no chair other than an office chair and it just didn't feel as inviting as it did last time we stayed at this hotel.

Hotel is in sort of a secluded location and looks nice on the outside. Staff were all very nice. Room was pretty disappointing though. Clean for the most part but a little dingy and just had that feeling of not being totally clean. Most disappointing and embarrassing part was having no hot water. Seriously, next to having clean sheets, how do you not make sure there is hot water for your guests. Just really disappointing. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Can get a room one night at 3 am but not the following night. Don’t take reservations till 3pm. Inconsistency as it shows.

Overall was great. Checking in was very smooth, no excess noise in the halls. Couldn't hear neighbors at all. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the eggs could have been better. Please try to keep labels on condiments, as I (as a diabetic) couldn't tell if one of the syrup options was sugar free or not.

Both my husband and my father work at Marriott so I have been to multiple hotels. I can say without a doubt this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel pool was disgusting I went in and was instantly greeted with a wad of hair. The water looked almost green. There was no towels and the place where they could have been kept was just run down and full of trash. Our room AC did not work it was miserable!! We complained multiple times only to be met with a lame "we will let maintenance know". Not once did anyone offer to change us rooms and not once did we see or hear from maintenance. We let at least 3 different employees know. We stayed here for 5 days and i was sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed with no sheets or blankets facing the AC unit just to get a bit of air flow. I couldn't wait to get in the rental to just get some AC. There was trash all over the hallways and the front desk employees were either MIA or looking completely bored on their phones. I filed a corporate complaint with a dismal unsatisfactory response. Again worst Marriott stay I've ever had. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
