Per usual / I will list pros and cons - areas for growth. ||Pros:|-I just want to point out that we checked in at 6pm on April 4 and there were two gals working the front check in counter. One was checking in an older lady who was with what appeared to be her daughter and adult granddaughter. The older lady got all the way through the process, was given room number and older lady then decided to request an ADA accessible room. The employee was VERY patient and explained that the ada rooms with two beds were already occupied. Older lady was not happy about this. Older lady started being VERY condescending when she then requested a luggage cart and shared that the type of cart they had was not what she wanted. Again, employee was patient and kind. I told the other gal checking me in that they had the patience of saints. I apologized for the women’s rude behavior because no one should be talked to in a condescending manner. ||- reception area was really nice. ||- our room was a decent size and nice. Fridge. Microwave. Movable desk. Great sized bathroom. ||- comfy beds. ||- soft fluffy towels ||- fan option to run it continuously. Always a plus for us as we sleep w fan on at home ||- many places to eat nearby||- hot breakfast included . ||- pool ||Cons :|- there were a lot of families with kids. Not the fault of hotel and actually a plus… but walls were paper thin and could hear EVERYTHING. ||- they were really at it to clean at 8am. I know it’s busy spring break time. Neighbors said that cleaning crew came right in while they were getting ready. We out “dnd” hanger on door. ||All and all we really had a nice, quick stay and I was impressed with both ladies at the front reception and how they handled a rude guest. I wish I would have gotten their names. They need recognition.

I've stayed here twice, once back in the Summer of 2021 and this past weekend. Both times I have had an excellent experience. Staff as friendly, rooms are clean, and the hot continental breakfast is pretty good for hotel food. It's off of I65 but is pushed back away from the interstate & highway enough that you can't hear traffic.

Very clean room, great location, extremely caring and responsive staff. I left a very precious ring in the room and housekeeping and front desk chased me to my car to give it to me. So thankful for their kindness! I stayed Jan 25/26th checked in at 3 and out at 1 the next day. Will definitely be back.

I traveled with a large group to Athens and stayed at Fairfield Inn, and the experience was exceptional! The rooms were immaculate, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, while the spacious lobby made for a welcoming environment. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Seyma, in particular, was incredibly organized, professional, and a huge help throughout our stay, making everything run smoothly. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying at Fairfield Inn again on my future trips to Limestone County!

I travel over 100 nights a year and use Marriott cause I like their properties. But I must say. This property in particular has made me feel so at home. The front desk remembers my name and says hi as I walk in. And the people that handle breakfast were so generous and took extra steps to make sure I had everything I needed. When hotel rooms all become a blur and you miss you family and home, you don’t realize the little things that make a huge difference. This hotel is hands down the best iv stayed and take my word for it. I sleep at over 100 different properties per year. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and actually helping me and making me feel at home. I’ll be back

This was our third time staying here because it is a nice place. The staff that we dealt with was very pleasant. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. ||The entrance on the right end of the building had a slight odor this time, this is the carpeted end of the hallway. It was no big problem. It was rainy the evening we checked in and it could have been damp from everyone walking in and out. ||The elliptical in the exercise room was the best I have ever used in any hotel over the years. In fact the entire area was very good. ||We hope Marriott keeps their no pet policy. That is also a reason we keep coming back.||We will stay here again when passing though as we do yearly.

I love staying at this hotel when visiting family. The staff is always nice and provides excellent customer service. Dawn went over and beyond making sure that my stay there was excellent. I was greeted with a smile each time I saw her. The hotel is always clean and smell so good. This is a family friendly place and they always put customers first. I cannot wait to return when I’m there visiting family. Thank you Dawn for taking care of me.

The staff was friendly and was a warm welcome after traveling all day. The rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. I left my cell phone when we checked out and when I realized it a bit after we left, my husband called to inform the staff. The front desk looked in the dining area where we thought it might be and when it wasn't there, sent a staff member up to our room where they found my phone underneath the blankets! When I arrived at the front desk, they were waiting for me with my phone. When I say a HUGE relief! I am so thankful for them! We will forever hold them in high regard!
