This is a great little hotel. Centrally located to get pretty much anywhere near Hershey in a few minutes. Wasn't aware how rural so much of this area is. Seems like everything is under construction. But the hotel is nice, clean, working elevator, and breakfast has a bit of variety. We had a few issues when arriving and front desk addressed them quickly including bringing a pack and play immediately on our arrival directly to our room.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Harrisburg, PA, for one night while passing through to New Jersey and New York. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Our room, located on the third floor, was well-suited for a short overnight stay. The hotel itself appeared well-maintained and clean. We also appreciated the flexibility with a later checkout, which was accommodated without issue.

The amenities were above expectations and added greatly to the overall experience, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Typically, when visiting larger cities, we opt for four- or five-star hotels. Surprisingly, this Fairfield Inn exceeded expectations and even outperformed some four-star establishments in certain aspects.

A great option for a comfortable and hassle-free stay while on the road!

Stayed here for the first time as i frequently travel to this area. i found staff very friendly and helpful amazingly quick with messages via the app. breakfast with Eric always a pleasure he allows you to arrive early and stay little over the hours so don't feel pressured to shove food down your gullet !! lol he keeps the area impeccably clean and organized. The food selections are limited but on par with many Marriot's i stay in. I found room cleaning service above par no issues. front desk staff same. Sharon always pleasant. special kudos to Christine Im an ambassador member and she is one the most friendly , engaging, helpful front desk staff ive encountered in a long time !!. my one issue was the room size quite narrow...i was in a disability room trouble using my 36pd ( small) mobility device . also disability shower was a step into tub they do have roll in on first floor ( i find first floors noisy ) . also big bonus free washer dryer huge for my 3 week stay!1

This hotel is in a great location. Close to a shopping center (with Chuck E Cheese) and gas station (all within walking distance). We enjoyed the pool and they have a great hot tub! Many Marriotts have moved away from the hot tubs so this was a nice treat especially in Dec! Pool was heated. Breakfast was also great. Really relaxed atmosphere and breakfast went longer during the week than some other hotels. My only wish was that the pillows were firmer. This is a Marriott issue, not unique to any one hotel. We forgot to bring our pillows so sleep wasn't as restful as we had hoped.

We scheduled a stay here due to it having adjoining rooms ( for the kiddos) and an indoor pool. At the last minute my son came down with flu like symptoms. I called the reception and the receptionist Veronese, was very courteous. She addressed what we needed taken care of and was obviously knowledgeable. I will keep the contact information to this location for future trips.

David is a great guy and is very helpful. I didn’t have my credit card with me to do the $20 deposit which I thought was amazing. But didn’t have my physical card but had my virtual card and he was cool to let me input the number instead. Worked out great. And so I’m glad he had a work around to help me get finalized. As a truck driver, convenience is everything and he provided that. Great job David, thanks for your help. 😌

The hotel was clean. Rooms were nice. Breakfast iwas always full and ready to go. Staff was kind friendly. Miss Sharon and Zinnia were great along with the rest of the staff..

Positive: On site laundry was available. It is nice to have that option if needed. The only problem was it was not mentioned in the hotel amenities Negative: The breakfast was a bit underrated. The turkey sausage was not good.
