Great customer service. This is everything you would want in a room. The rooms look pretty new and they were very clean. All the lights were bright and I liked that. The bed was comfortable the room had everything it needed and the price was reasonable. I would totally stay here again. Good job.

This place was very friendly, very clean, nice breakfast. They were very attentive they went above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and very new. The bathrooms are spotless. We use the pool, which was a nice temperature. We enjoyed it. The hotel is located around very nice restaurant places. Great area to walk around. Nice cute jim that has most of the items needed to work out. Very clean. The staff was amazing even when breakfast was almost done. The individuals that worked in the kitchen were willing to make us scrambled eggs because they were already finished in the buffet bar. It was like a family that cared for you.

Our wonderful stay in early December has positively changed my opinion of the brand, and was absolutely the nicest Fairfield we've ever seen!

Check in was great, with a courteous and friendly front desk agent.

Our queen suite was quite spacious, very modern, with great touches like electric blinds. The furnishings and decor were also very attractive, with a nice contemporary vibe. Everything was impeccably clean, and blissfully quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was tasty, with plentiful options, including self-made waffles.

Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, and hope that future Fairfield stays live up to the high standards set by this one!

The location of this hotel was very convenient to everything in my opinion.

The rooms were super clean, smelled nice and were well taken care of, as well as maintained.

It was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

Staff were awesome, and helpful. Room service was fantastic.

If you are ever in the Cornwall, PA area, I would highly recommend staying at this Fairfield Inn.

I've been staying at this Fairfield Inn for the past couple of years when I travel as it is in a quieter area. More importantly was the cleanliness and special touches such as lemon water at the reception desk.
When I arrived mid January, things had changed. They couldn't locate my reservation even though I showed them the print out of the confirmation of a room with king size bed. After 15 minutes of trying to get me checked into my room, the gentleman handed me my card key.
I lugged my belongings on the cart and took the elevator to my room, only to discover when I opened the door, it was a room with two queen size beds.
I went back to the lobby to show the man the print out once again which showed I booked a room with a king size bed. He asked if I had touched anything in that room which I replied no.
He then gave me another key card to another room.(with a king bed). It may not seem like a huge problem but after driving 7 hours, I wanted to finally relax.
I noticed the room wasn't as clean as previous times I stayed there. Empty box of tissues in the bathroom and no lemon water in the lobby.
A slight discrepancy with the bill was enough to have me not return for future stays.

We recently stayed and had to extend our reservation several times. Management went above and beyond to accommodate our changing needs. I can’t say enough about the team at this hotel. The hotel is new and clean and the housekeeping staff works hard to keep it that way. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the area.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel while waiting for car repairs! The dealership recommended this hotel and it lived up to expectations and beyond! Aidan was very welcoming and informative at check-in! He gave us some restaurant recommendations that were excellent! The hotel is new, clean and spacious! Lots of options and a nice lady at the breakfast area kept things well stocked and tasty!

Overall, a very fine experience here, including a cordial greeting/expedient check-in from Aiden. Breakfast on Saturday morning was overseen by two women who made sure everyone was getting what they needed from the buffet. Decent coffee!! Room 409 looked to be newly decorated. Mattress was not the best in my Marriott experience.
