We were having issues with our water and had to stay here for about a month, and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!! First off, I want to praise the management and staff! Every single person I interacted with was wonderful! They went ubove and beyond on accommodations and service! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The rooms were spacious and clean. There's a washing machine for guests to use, and they also have breakfast in the mornings. Anytime I needed anything, they were more than happy to accommodate. They have a great little snack area with some great options to choose from. The hotel itself is located near the mall, which is great if you're looking for something to do! If you're looking for a hotel to stay at in Palmdale, please give this one a try!

Stayed at this location for a couple weeks no problems then we had no hot water for almost a week they kept saying they were working on it and everyone at the front desk told us a diffrent story. Finally after a week they said it was gonna be another 10 days with no hot water. So after all the BS the hotel did not offer us any discount at all or apology. Terrible that they coulda just been straight up in the first place. But hey take our money at any cost. Will never go back to this location due to poor management and ownership

The facility as a whole is nice enough but the breakfast is pretty lame. Another important aspect for a hotel in my opinion is a good shower and welcoming front desk. The shower...its a shame because the bathroom and shower itself are nice but they used cheap showerheads with weak water pressure. Every optional adjustment on the shower head leaves you wishing for more. If that's not an annoying enough way to start or end your day, I could only get luke warm water the first morning. Nothing like a luke warm shower with drizzly sprinkles. The rooms don't get cleaned well either. I happened to drop my key by the couch and couldn't help but see all the debris under it when picking it up. Another annoyance, the main entrance also requires a key to enter. So after you've checked out or when you first arrive, if a staff member isn't sitting at the front counter to buzz you in your left looking in hopefully. All in all, the facility is nice but the overall hotel experience was lame.

Rooms are a tad cramped, the entryway has two doors at the same spot that hit each other making it a tight squeeze when bringing your luggage in. The overall room was nice and clean, water pressure is horrible though. Building is new and is by all that you need. What isn’t ok is that when the hotel had sent an email asking for honest feedback on my stay, even though I gave a nice review and mentioned a few things during our stay, they sent a snarky email back. We won’t be staying here again and will tell others to find someplace else as well.

This would have been a 4.5 or 5 star stay where it not for the debacle at check-in. I and everyone in the lobby overheard the manager lecturing a customer at loud volume who requested a 30 minute late checkout. Her tone and demeanor were disrespectful and it embarrassed the customer.

Some of the reasons there would have been five stars.

The daytime team that was part of the check-in was overall very unprofessional. No reference to any of the hotel amenities when I checked in. No recognition of my elite status.

This hotel looks to be newly remodeled, it's very nice inside & the provide free cold water in the lobby. The rooms are nice and clean and they have a small refrigerator. Usually most hotels have a couple of free bottles of water in the room but this one doesn't but they have a little market area in the lobby that's 24 hours. Plenty of parking and the staff was nice and friendly as well.

I booked a night’s stay on May 17, 2024, nearly a month ahead of my trip to Southern California. I made the reservation directly through the hotel's website, not via a third party. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be found and had been canceled. After traveling seven hours to our destination, my friend and I were told the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate us. We had to find a last-minute place to stay, which cost us significantly more.

Despite booking almost a month in advance, I received no explanation for the cancellation. The front desk staff did their best to assist, but they couldn’t reach anyone in management for further help. It’s been over a week, and I still haven't received a refund.

To others, be warned. The receptionist at the hotel we eventually stayed at shared a similar experience—her reservation was also canceled without notice.

I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled. No notes were taken, and I had to repeat the entire incident to another staff member who took my call. I was then informed that there would be no resolution until Marriott offices were contacted.

Best hotel I've been to in years! Staff exceptional. When flights delayed I called and T.J. Wilson at front desk not only confirmed my late arrival he selected quiet room so the few hours we'd have for sleep prior to speaking at memorial service would be restful. Cynthia was kind and efficient upon check-in and Joseph Gomez helped us with Bonvoy and late check-out so I could finish my remarks for the service. Clean, quiet, friendly and safe - I would highly recommend this facility if on travel in area again including if I were on business trip in the area or vacation with family or like this time a special occasion. The room was great but the staff made it a memorable experience!
