I checked in late at about midnight. There was no one at the desk and the door was locked so I had to press the buzzer. After I got up to the room I went back down for a soda and again there was no one at the desk and no doorbell. Someone else came down and we stood there for 5-10 minutes before someone came out. The front desk agent gave me a great recommendation for Grotto Pizza. I don’t know her name and she didn’t give it or wear a name tag. ||I came down for breakfast and it was okay. I tried to have some cereal but the milk was in a jug and warm. I went to the desk and the front desk agent was helping a lady and said they still had ten rooms left. She was very friendly to that lady. When I asked if it was possible for a late checkout I was very rudely told that they were sold out… When I left the hotel to go shopping there was no one at the desk. When I came back there was no one. When I left again for an event there was no one but there was a bunch of loud people in the cafe area with rude children who asked my gender and then used slurs when I walked by. When I came back at 2 am I used my key card to get in and there was no one at the desk. I’m not sure if this hotel has a full desk staff or if there is only someone there at certain times and there was no doorbell. The two agents I did see were not wearing name tags. ||The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean though I don’t know by who because there was no name card. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Overall disappointed with the comfort of this hotel. We stayed in one of the king rooms with the couch and the couch was more comfortable than the bed itself. Very very lumpy mattress and woke up not rested and with back pain. The light system in the room directly above the bed was also messed up. Even after turning the lights out completely one of the lights would still come on. So when trying to sleep a light was shining on us directly into our eyes because we could not turn it off. A big pool and at least a running hottub was available. Very limited seats (6 chairs total) even though the space was absolutely huge around the pool and could accommodate a lot more. Front desk people always hiding in the back office behind the wall instead of at the front desk making it difficult to talk to people. When our concerns were brought up about our stay and the room it was not even written down and brushed away. I would not recommend staying here.
The only wonderful part of the hotel were tge the staff working the breakfast. Nicest group of people I have ever met and they were always willing to help and brightened our mornings. They all deserve raises because that was thr highlight. Otherwise I would not recommend going to this hotel.

$180/night for a bed that hurt both of our backs. Was absolutely horrible in that factor. They had exactly 6 chairs out in the pool area, all taken. The hot tub was decent temp, but small af...would only fit like 6 ppl max and that would be tight. Weird for a ski town...also their breakfast area did not have enough seating for the amt of ppl there. When we mentioned this at check out, of course there was zero customer service. Im sorry but if my back hurts after spending a night in your hotel the only thing thats gonna make me feel better is money back for the crap experience. Thought Marriott was better than this. But, in a whole customer service doesnt even exist anymore in 2020....anywhere.

Horrible service..crooks stole my money. Long time customer but I will never be back. Enjoy the extra night you charged me for no reason. This place is extremely dirty anyway and there are so many better options nearby.

Rooms are a little dated. Need more places to plug in chargers or USB. Television was a challenge to find channels. There was a guide but what I clicked on wasn't there.
Breakfast was good. Love my waffles. The plastic utensils could be a little more stout. Cheaper plastic you would expect in lower price establishments.

Well let’s start with a good! Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was clean bathroom bathroom and shower. Spotless have not made it to see where breakfast is like yet in the morning..

Let’s talk about the negatives , there’s no soap, shampoo, body wash, or lotion provided in the bathroom. Room is worn with lots of marks on the wall no other amenities in the room except the TV. There is a microwave and a fridge. No waters or anything. For the $200 a night they are charging I would not stay here again.
